With a surface area of 160 m2 on the ground floor, there is a 21 m2 master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, a 2nd bedroom of 13 m2 with a bathroom and toilet. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed, nor are guests. 700 m from the tram line to the train station and city center.

The ground floor apartment is adjacent to our house, it has a separate terrace. Living room with open kitchen and one bedroom. The heated pool is shared with us when we are present. The property is located 10 minutes' drive from the airport, 5 minutes from the ring road, 10 minutes from the convention center and the Matmut Stadium. The ocean beaches are 45 minutes away and not far from the wine chateaux and the wine route. You will be 20 minutes from Bordeaux city center.
