I stayed here with in a group of 4, and I must say we very much enjoyed our time. Jules was very responsive to all queries, and his house was perfect for our time in Bordeaux. Jules also very accommodating to our requests - he is most definitely a super host! I would recommend Jules' house to anyone looking to stay in Bordeaux for a weekend.

Lucas is a attentive and fantastic host. He provided all the instructions promptly and included video and photo guidance. He was also flexible with our luggage, finding a suitable place for us to store our luggage ahead of our check-in time, so we did not need to carry it with us. The house is stunning and in a perfect location in a quiet area but also easy to get to town by taxi or tram. The house was very clean, beautifully furninshed and feels luxurious! We stayed during a heat wave, and made good use of the relaxing garden and good sized pool. The air conditioning worked well, but could have been a little stronger which may just have been because of how extra hot the weather was. I highly recommend staying at Lucas's house, as it truely was the ideal stay.

We stayed here for our first family holiday with our 5 month old and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for it. As others have mentioned, the property and grounds are even more beautiful than the photos suggest. The property had everything we could need. It was comfortable and beautifully decorated, with high quality finishes and furnishings. It really felt like a home from home. The hosts were kind enough to provide baby equipment too so everything was very easy for the 3 of us. Portets is lovely, with a bakery, pharmacy & supermarket, which was ideal for us as we cooked all our meals at the house. We didn’t have a car but managed with just these facilities nearby, as we were very happy just spending time by the pool & in the house. We also walked to one of the vineyards for a tour which was great. We particularly enjoyed the pool and the loungers, including the cabana which offered some shade. We would recommend this property without hesitation and can’t wait to return!

Nathalie and Hubert were very kind and friendly. The place was pristine, beautiful and relaxing. You have to hire a car to visit places in Bordeaux but Hubert provided many great suggestions of local wineries and things to do. He was always responsive and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to anyone thinking about visiting Bordeaux.

Emma's place is stunning and our group had an amazing stay there! We were a group of 7 adults and 3 children and we had everything we could have wanted and needed at Emma's place. The kitchen is well-equipped and the garden is wonderful for outside dining and for the children to roam around. We really didn't want to leave! Emma was so kind to help us with our constant questions - she is the perfect host. Thank you for having us, Emma!

Our stay at Laurent's house was very pleasant. Everything was at our disposal - large peaceful garden, heated pool, equipped kitchen, large living room and comfortable bedrooms. Very good communication with Laurent who was available if we needed anything. The house is located in a very quiet location, and gave us a lot of comfort for our family and baby.

Very pleasant accommodation and suitable for a family or friends weekend. I highly recommend David's house, who is responsive and pleasant. Very good bedding and premium amenities. Great stay at David's.

My husband and I recently returned from a month-long stay at Alexandre and Precillia’s home. Our stay was perfect in every sense. The home was exactly as pictured, the location unbeatable for exploring all of Bordeaux and several day trips to the Left and Right Bank as well as Arcachon, etc. The walking distance to the tram and local grocery store(s) was also a nice benefit. A bit more about the home, it was very clean, well-organized and extremely comfortable. The washing machine and basement space were also very convenient; the basement kept our wine purchases at a perfect temperature! We felt safe and secure. It must be noted I am a persnickety traveler; we would stay again. Alexandre and Precillia we great hosts, accommodating, thoughtful and always available for questions or assistance. Your stay will not be disappointing.

Perfect house! Impeccable cleanliness, more equipped than necessary, there was everything, especially in the kitchen… a joy for the gourmets that we are! Great bedding. Very good baby equipment. Very quiet environment, the view of the vineyards from the kitchen is exotic. Very responsive host, a plus. In short, we will gladly go back if we return to the area.

Lovely home, super clean, a 5 min car ride to the city center. We had a very nice stay at Zoe’s place, highly recommend it to other visitors to Bordeaux.

Delphine was a fantastic host! Being a large group, it’s always hard to find a suitable place but this was perfect. Watersports on our door step, and beautiful sunsets every night. As a host, Delphine was great… always answered my messages and helped when we had a huge storm that stopped the electrics for some hours! Thanks for a memorable stay!

Louis Antoine was an exceptional host, he greeted us upon arrival and made sure we were comfortable even took us to get our first groceries! He was very responsive every time we called for his assistance. The place was very clean and well equipped it was great for our family vacation. We would recommend anytime.

No problems in particular, pleasant stay, everything went well.

The house is large and very bright with nice size common areas for 10 people. Very well equipped, there is really everything you need. The bedrooms are large with bathrooms of good size as well. It was very clean, nothing to repeat. The welcoming exteriors but unfortunately with our three days of rain we could not enjoy it and it was a great regret. Food shops are close by. The tram stop is a 10-minute drive away. It was very good for a long time, for longer, because of its location and our interests, I would have chosen a rental closer to the ocean.

The accommodation was very comfortable, very clean, it was as described. The welcome is very warm, everything is done to ensure we have a great time. We even left with a tricycle for our little girl, which the hosts no longer needed. Really, very friendly. We strongly recommend!

Sarah's cottage in the middle of the vineyard was a great place to stay. It is peaceful and the scenery was beautiful, while being convenient to many areas in the Bordeaux region. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Sarah and her apprentice, Samuel, were very friendly and accommodating. The wine tasting and tour were really interesting. We would definitely stay here again.

Very beautiful house, very well decorated and very well equipped for a perfect stay: large space, 4 spacious bedrooms + 1 very beautiful outbuilding, kitchen with everything you need, very large living room with video projector, swimming pool, petanque, ping pong table, darts… A very pleasant garden. All rooms are bright and well furnished. We had an amazing family stay! Thanks to Anthony and Laure for their warm welcome. We'll be back!!

This property was exactly as described. We stayed for a week and enjoyed the pool, the AC bedrooms and clean well-stocked kitchen. A fully equipped bbq was in the garden but we didn't use it. The 4bedrooms are quite big and spacious and the AC upstairs ensured they were lovely and cool at night. The showers/bathrooms are very clean and had modern fittings. The shutters, blinds and awning operate electronically, but dont let this put you off, the instructions are very easy to follow. There is a large Carrefour about a 10min walk away, which we used everyday! And a nice Italian restaurant about 18-20min walk away. The pool &garden face south so gets sun all day but the awning provides great shade if needed. I would definitely stay here again. And I would strongly recommend it as a place to stay in Bordeaux for a few nights break and a base to tour Bordeaux.

Auguste's home was perfect for a family holiday. The house is large, airy and features lots of areas to relax and socialise in. The surrounding gardens, pool and dock are stunning. The home is situated at a quiet lane with Auguste next door. He was an attentive and helpful host and gave us all the space we needed. Our group did not have a car so relied on taxis, with mixed results - so keep that in mind. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks

Celine's house is a small gem, very nicely decorated, quietly located, and equipped with everything you need, including a good bed, several air conditioners, a fully equipped kitchen and a small balcony where you can have a very nice breakfast or drink a glass of wine in the evening. Another parasol up there, then it would be absolutely perfect :-). Public transportation is a few minutes' walk away and then you are quickly in the middle of Bordeaux. The secure parking is a nice thing. In short: The house is a 1A base to explore Bordeaux, we would definitely move in again :-)

I can’t say enough about Marie and Gilles, the owners who live next door, who were kind and incredibly helpful during our one-month stay. They are the best! The house is beautiful and comfortable. The gardens are lovely, with trees, flowers and lawn, and beyond the property are rolling hills of vines. The kitchen is well-equipped, the wi-fi is great, and everything was perfectly clean. This is a jewel, and I highly recommend!
