The most amazing weekend in the most beautiful house! We loved every second of our weekend. So much to do including the swimming pool, games room, tennis courts and lovely walks. Spotlessly clean throughout. We can't recommend this house enough. Stunning property. Anne was so lovely and let us arrive a little earlier to put food in the fridge on a very hot day. She also extended our checkout time which gave us extra time in the lovely grounds. We are already planning a return trip. Thank you Anne. Wonderful weekend.

Ann's place is incredible- stayed for two nights and there is everything you could possibly need or anticipate in the house. We had a great time - the pool and hot tub were very clean and the house was perfect! Ann was extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book again!

We spent 6 days at Rob’s place with our 3 children. The weather was not our friend but the onsite swimming pool meant we still had a fabulous time. The hot tub was a great addition to the property. The cottage had plenty of room for us all & the spa facilities were fantastic. Great location as well, we had a lovely morning wandering around Cirencester. Rob was super helpful. We used 2 of the recommended places to eat & both were fantastic options. Lovely stay!

Lovely property, top host and perfect site that the property is located on. The only comment I would have is the Spa is ran by an angry woman called Abbie and she is what I would describe as a fun sponge. If you plan to use the spa, be ready for it and it’s a real shame you are limited on time at the spa pools (but this is nothing to do with this property) They also have a hot tub coming soon, shame we missed it but we will be back!

Calm place and well maintained, we enjoyed the stay.

My wife and I had a lovely time at Lucy’s, we were so fortunate to experience the gorgeous manor and its grounds! Everything was in pristine condition and comfortable. The coach house had everything needed and Lucy was a great help to make our time extra special. This is the perfect place for a romantic and special experience for those who appreciate historical properties and beautiful gardens. If we are ever in the area again we will be sure to book the manor!

We had a lovely time at Sarah's place. It's as the photos suggest and is in a very peaceful surrounding. The barn is next to Sarah's family home, but the way it is oriented means you get plenty of privacy. Thank you for letting us in to your home. We all had a lovely quality time with friends.

Beautiful home! Absolutely loved staying here. The grounds were so gorgeous and the property was 5 star hotel standard. It’s not often that you stay somewhere that the beds are comfier than your own and these were. They had thought of every little detail. Couldn’t recommend more.

From start to finish, this beautiful property exceeded every expectation. Phoebe was incredibly responsive, helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything a guest could need - from quality linens and toiletries to a well-equipped modern kitchen. The location was ideal - peaceful yet convenient to local attractions. Every detail showed a commitment to comfort and hospitality. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the service and polish of a five-star hotel in the most stunning location and surroundings. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for something a cut above the usual. We would absolutely return without any hesitation. Really nice place and location for my husband, baby, dog and I. We were visiting friends nearby and it was very convenient. The property was as described and only 20 mins from Cotswold Wildlife Park. The garden is completely enclosed and there’s a nice table and chairs to sit outside and enjoy the sun. We would stay again.

Had a lovely stay at the Corner Cottage, it was in a great location with beautiful surroundings and very easy to get around! Carla was very accommodating and responsive as well, would definitely recommend!

OMG, I don’t have the adjectives to describe this trip! I booked it for myself, my husband and our dog & it was pure perfection. Lesley was helpful as anything, gave a list of local recommendations and the easiest check in/out instructions. It was clean, fresh bedding and location was PERFECT for where we needed (within a half hour drive of all the tourist spots we wanted to visit). Lesley let us bring our dog, left a card for us and a towel/bag of treats for the dog just in case he wanted a swim in the canal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This place was wonderful! We have stayed in many Airbnbs and this was the cleanest and had the most comfortable beds. The house was very new, clean and walking distance to Blenheim Palace. Vanessa and Dan were instantly responsive and were the best hosts we have encountered. Can’t wait to come back and cannot recommend them enough!

A beautiful house with excellent amenities. The garden is super secure for dogs and very private. Rosie was a great host and communications were clear and responsive. An amazing weekend treat for all of us.

Anne’s studio was located in a lovely little quaint lane right at the end, the perfect place for a private place to stay with access to absolutely beautiful countryside literally outside the gate, Anne went above and beyond for us whilst also respecting our privacy, she was very friendly and polite upon arrival meaning we settled right in, as for money for value this is right up there a spacious spotless bungalow with everything you could need, definitely one to visit

**A Perfect Stay in the Cotswolds** We had such a wonderful stay at this beautifully presented cottage in the Cotswolds. Immaculate throughout and tastefully decorated, the space felt both cosy and luxurious. A thoughtful touch on arrival was the fresh bread and cake, so welcoming after a journey. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. Deborah, the housekeeper, was fantastic – very responsive and helpful, with clear, timely communication. The location was another highlight – peaceful yet perfectly positioned, with Soho Farmhouse a pleasant walk away. We couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a charming and relaxing get away!

Very comfortable house with great views and lovely gardens. Although in a very private location, it was in easy distance of local amenities and many of the great places to visit in the Cotswolds.

A lovely tucked away house in the centre of Oxford. Really peaceful and well cared for, the house appeared brand new inside and was truly lovely to stay in.

Elinor was a lovely host who was super responsive and clear about instructions to find the location. Elinor greeted me and showed me through the property and was so gracious in extending the check out time to make a later train!! Loved my stay and would look to book again if ever in the area!

The house was very nice and peaceful, and it was clean and comfortable. It was a little tricky to find because of roadworks around the station, but it is very easy to walk to central Oxford from the house.

Our stay at Archie’s charming cottage was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home — everything we could possibly need was there. The cottage is tucked away in a peaceful spot, right across from a lovely park, and parking was always easy and stress-free. Witney turned out to be the perfect base for exploring the stunning Cotswolds. And for a change of scenery, we even took a day trip to London — so easy with the train station just a short 15-minute drive away. Nick’s home is even more beautiful than the photos — pristine, peaceful, and full of charm. We were in town for a conference and didn’t get to spend as much time in the house as we’d have liked, but it was still a total joy to return to each evening. Seamless check-in, tranquil surroundings, and a calm, elegant atmosphere throughout. A truly idyllic place to stay if you’re visiting the Cotswolds — we’d love to come back.
