We had a great stay at Alexandra's property. The location was really peaceful but also close to Oxford and other towns. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Quintessential Cotswold Cottage The Old Bakehouse

JacquelineRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I and my guests absolutely loved our stay at Rosamund’s property. The property was a great place to enjoy slow mornings and evenings. We enjoyed the gorgeous views, the quiet of the village, and the cosy fireplace. We found the location to be a great base to explore the rest of the Cotswolds by foot and car. There are some great attractions both local and a little further out. Rosamund greeted us on our first night and gave us some amazing recommendations to avoid tourists traps. Outside of that first meeting we had complete privacy to enjoy the property - not that we wouldn’t have loved to bump into Ros again! I’d absolutely love to go back and stay again. I hope I will!

Cottage c1790, Superb central Witney, free parking

TrevorRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This cottage was perfect for our needs. It is situated in a quiet mews just off a road but we couldn't hear any traffic. It was only a five minute walk into the town centre, which had plenty of pubs and restaurants. There was a very large TV in the lounge although we barely used it. The kitchen looked fine, although we barely used that either. Witney is a lovely town to explore Oxford and the surrounding countryside.

We loved our stay in Ducklington. The cottage was beautiful and so clean. It had everything we needed. Barry was so helpful and gave us lots of recommendations. We went to Diddly Squat during the day and the Farmers Dog for dinner and the evening. Barry recommended a taxi driver who was wonderful. Thank you Barry and Julian. We loved our stay x

Cherry Nook

Had a lovely 2 night stay at this property with my dog. Oliver was on hand to welcome and answer any questions when I arrived and was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The property is immaculate, modern and spacious with a lovely garden area. Some welcome gifts were left which was such a lovely surprise and all the essentials you could need for a short break were available. High quality bed linen and towels were provided and the bed very comfortable. Both my dog and I were made to feel welcome and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the property and hope to return back later in the year. So well thought out from start to finish, a real 5* stay with a host that clearly cares that people have a great break.

Idyllic secluded hideaway with countryside views

EleanorRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Beautiful stay from arrival to departure - it was home away from home and all we’d hoped for, for our first visit to the Cotswolds. Friendly welcome with all we needed for our stay - the little book of tips about the surrounding area was so helpful (we used this daily!) and the homemade brownies, milk etc in fridge and option to purchase fresh eggs/homemade burgers were such a lovely touch - we can’t wait to come back again for our next visit. Highly recommend 😊
