Bathroom has a shower and can be accessed by an outside patio with a hot tub. There is also a nice area for sunbathing and a gas grill. A high chair and a baby cot are available. Dogs are welcome. All major services are a short walk away, 3 km in Sauðárkrókur.

We would like to welcome you to come and stay in our lovely guesthouse at our farm in the heart of Skagafjordur. Here you can relax and enjoy your evening in our hot tub, take a walk to visit our calm and gentle horses, we also own a beautiful lake and we are "forest farmers" i.e. we plant 10.000 trees each year and we can highly recommend a stroll through our young forest to the lake. Family paradise in the country

A beautiful house in the countryside located just 2km outside of the small town of Ólafsfjörður. Ideal for families to relax and enjoy the nature. In the summertime there is access to a lake and a lot of beautiful walking trails and hikes in the surrounding mountains. In the wintertime this is an absolute paradise for skiing and all kinds of winter sports and activities. On the property is a small forest, a lot of birdlife and it feels like you are million miles away from the nearest town.

The studio apartment is newly renovated in the basement of our house. You enter a room with two beds ( one 160 cm bed and one 90 cm bed) in the other room is kitchen and bathroom. Me and my familie live on the second floor. We are on a farm and have horses, sheeps, chicken, dog and a cat. We are also near by many interesting places, about 30 km from Mývatn, 35 km from Húsavík, 15 km from Goðafoss watefall.

very nice little cabin. downstairs a double bed and under the roof two single beds. Kitchen furnished with the most necessary. On foot, you can quickly reach the hot pot, which offers a great Aussicgt and which guests are allowed to nurture. The cabin is very quiet and privately located. By car only 5 minutes to Husavik and the nearest shopping.

The house is comfortable, warm, clean, well equipped and in a stunning location. The hot tub is easy to use and very nice to relax in. We stayed 3 nights and could have happily stayed much longer. Despite the weather (cold with low cloud and rain) we loved the views over the water and the snowy mountains. We drove up to Siglufjordur which is beautiful, walked on the causeway in front of the house and on Dalvik beach which is gorgeous, and did the classic whale watching from Dalvik and saw humpbacks, minke whales and porpoises. Also visited Tjornes peninsula and Husavic. Unfortunately the puffins left early this year so we didn't see any, but the coast is dramatic and we did some good walks. All fantastic. Thanks Ragnar.

This was such a lovely spot! We will definitely be coming back next time we're in Iceland. Remy was communicative and friendly, and the space was incredibly gorgeous. The amenities are great: nice bathroom, full kitchen, spacious, comfortable bed, washer/dryer. The view was definitely the best part, I could just sit on the couch and look out the huge windows forever. It was in a cute little neighborhood with a beer spa and brewery, and it was about 30 minutes away from the city which had lots of good restaurants and bars. Also close to horse farms and whale watching tours, and if you want to go check out the Island in the Fjord called Hrisey, the ferry is right there too. This was easily our favorite stay on our trip!

We very much enjoyed out stay at Lundarbrekka. The main goal of our trip was to go whale watching in Húsavík (highly recommended) and to see some of the sites innthe area, Mývatn, Dimmuborgir, Dettifoss, Goðafoss, Ásbyrgi and more. Lundabrekka was the perfect place to get back to after a long day out, where we could relax in a peacful setting and enjoy sheep watching (almost as fun as the whale watching) from the living room and bedroom windows. The place was was clean, very inviting and equiped with everything you need for a holiday in the north of Iceland.

The cottage was small and quaint, but it was all my wife and I needed for one night! I don’t think I’d stay here for longer than one night. It is TINY inside, to the point we didn’t even bother taking our luggage inside. If I was in the area and needed a place to rest my head for the night, I’d stay again.
