The house is in the middle of beautiful Devon countryside, on 100 acres of land not far from a small town. There are good pubs nearby and the house is a mile from the Bear Trail. Only 7 minutes drive to the National Trust's Killerton House. The Nearest station is Tiverton Parkway, 10 minutes drive. Only 25 minutes drive from the centre of Exeter. One of the UKs most attractive cities. The nearest beach is at least 40 minutes away so this location is not suitable for a beach holiday.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

There is a large garden with artificial grass, so looks pleasant all year round. A driveway for 2 cars and free off road parking if needed Exmouth has lots to offer with a picturesque seafront spanning two miles of golden sands with stunning walks and some lovely restaurants.
