House vacation rentals in Exmouth

A lovely lodge in a small holiday park, the pool was an added bonus (outside and unheated but nice for a quick dip!)

We had a phenomenal time! The whole house was spotless and the kitchen was so well equipped. We cooked all meals at home and had lovely dinners outside. The garden is absolutely stunning and a dip in the pond was a great thing to do every morning. Thank you so much Ian, we hope to come back again!

We stayed here for a family holiday, 4 adults and 6 children aged 11-15 and we all had a lovely time. There is lots to do at Mistletoe Farm; the pool and hot tub were great, the games room/ garden kitchen area was perfect for us to all get together to eat, play darts or do karaoke and the escape room was a big hit with the kids. We also enjoyed an evening around the fire pit toasting marshmallows. It’s set in beautiful surroundings and we enjoyed walks to the local pub for dinner and also to the reservoir. Lyme Regis was close enough for a day out too. The accommodation was clean and tidy and well equipped and the teenagers enjoyed having a glamping pod to themselves for a bit of independence. Paul and Sandra were excellent hosts, super friendly, welcoming and helpful, they leave you to enjoy your holiday but somehow always manage to be there when you need them! Highly recommend.

My friends and I stayed at Louise’s place for a long weekend, and it was a wonderful time. The house fit 11 adults no problem. Lovely and quiet, the pool was so much fun, and we made good use of the fire pit to have s’mores. Harry gave us a tour of the dairy farm & beehives, & let us see the calves which was lovely. Louise was a fab host, very good communicator and always at hand if needed. Great stay overall!

A wonderfully peaceful lodge and super helpful host, Abi. Deceptively spacious inside and beautiful sea views from the terrace. Terrific walks right from the front door too, wouldn’t stay anywhere else on future visits!

We have just returned from our stay and it was the perfect choice for a family. Lots to do at the park when some down time was needed and great coastal location. The accommodation was great - outdoor space, lovely lounge area and little touches like high chair and bed rail for our toddler included. Anja has thought of everything you could need and was very quick to help when we needed support on arrival (my issue not a lack of communication from the host). All in all a great choice for our half term getaway and we will certainly book again.

We had a lovely, peaceful stay. Rich & Julie-Ann were both fantastic hosts & always really helpful. The accommodation was spotlessly clean & we felt right at home. Would definitely recommend & we will be back again in the future!

The Annexe is lovely: clean lines, lovely ambience, delightful private patio, comfortable beds and the dog was also well catered for with bowls, a towel and treats! The owners were most helpful and dealt with our queries with patience and good humour. Highly recommended on all counts.

We had the most amazing weekend staying in Jemma’s home. We had a problem with our tv (that wasn’t a huge thing) but it was sorted straight away. Jemma was so helpful with everything went above and beyond to make our weekend amazing. The only thing I would say if I was being picky would be it might be helpful to have a mirror in each bedroom otherwise the house was perfect and the welcome basket was so nice. Would definitely recommend x

A fantastic place to stay, very close to the see front and a short walk to some great restaurants. The house and contents were in great condition and all nice and clean, you could tell they run a tight ship. Would highly recommend and I will definitely stay again if the chance arises.

Beautifully decorated, spacious house in a great location in a quiet street. A few minutes walk to the shops, restaurants and the beach. We stayed here for a week with a group of six, and having a bathroom in each room was perfect—very clean, easy access to the house. Harriet really is a Super Host: very kind and helpful, always responding promptly. Fully recommended!

Just got back from a lovely few days break in this beautiful cottage. James is a very welcoming and friendly host and along with the information book in the cottage we had everything we needed to know. The cottage was just perfect and the outside and surrounding garden is like a scene from a fairytale. If you’re looking for peace and relaxation , then this is definitely the place. Inside the cottage , there are lots of beautiful original features alongside more modern amenities. Everything that you could possibly need to make your stay more comfortable has been carefully thought about by the hosts. It’s in a great location to get to places like Torquay, Dartmouth and Brixham. All in all a fabulous place to stay for some much needed R&R.

Great modern home, lots of space with bathrooms for each floor. Super clean and tidy. We didn't stay long but would be more than happy to stay again for longer in future.

lovely cottage close to the centre of Exmouth and easy walk to seafront. The cottage is in a pretty quiet street with a great pub at the end of it! Loved everything about the cottage, had everything we could have wanted. Katherine was very clear and friendly with instructions. We wouldn't hesitate on coming back. Thank you Katherine.

The Lighthouse is a quirky little place really thoughtfully designed and decorated…..a small but adorable little find!! Right in the town centre and just a step from the beach….perfect! Host very responsive when needed, and had left lots of thoughtful ‘bits’ around the place…..including fresh milk in the fridge (cow & oat!)!! Would definitely recommend this place for one or two guests and plan on returning sometime!!!

One of the kindest most generous hosts we have had. Everything was perfect from the beautiful cottage with truly luxurious furnishings and lovely touches like coffee machine and very expensive fluffy towels. so comfortable and quiet and both bedrooms were an oasis of calm beautifully decorated. Lovely sofa and gorgeous dining room.Everything is top class here in one of the prettiest areas in Topsham and literally around the corner from the pretty little High Street. Katie made our stay a truly luxurious and super smooth experience and I can highly recommend this beautiful cottage as one of the loveliest I have stayed in over the years. Thankyou so much Katie for making our stay in Topsham a wonderful time !

Emily’s house matched the description exactly and was perfect for our little Exeter reunion. The whole space was very well thought out, and surprisingly spacious for a two bedroom house! The kitchen was well provisioned and very clean, and the outdoor seating area looked delightful (although it was sadly far too rainy to use). It’s a very quick walk either into town or down to the quay which suited us well. It was also very reasonably priced - would stay again!
