Sara’s place is the perfect place to escape with the kids. Sara was super responsive. Easy check in and gaining access to the caravan. The welcoming hamper and card was lovely and gave it a personal touch. The caravan was pristine. We would recommend staying here to everyone, we will definitely be back.

Lovely accommodation in beautiful surroundings. Even more spacious than photos suggest. It was also wonderful to be able to do walks right from the property. Friendly hosts who greeted us and popped by to check we were OK and if they could help in any way. Baked treats and tea supplies when we arrived were a lovely touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I stayed here for several weeks for a placement at the hospital and the apartment had everything I needed. The location was perfect for both the hospital and train station.

This property is located within the fantastic Royal William Yard with amazing views of the estuary, harbours, bars & restaurants. Upon locating parking (arranged by host) we located the studio apartment (clear instructions by host). The studio apartment didn’t fail to please, it was nicely presented, good utilities, towels, cleaning products, tv, stereo, comfortable sofa bed, table & chairs etc. Kevin clearly has/had everyone’s comfort in mind. Apart from the occasional corridor noise the block was very quiet, lovely for down time! We will certainly add Kevin’s Studio Apartment to our return to list.

Lee & Annabel were very helpful and responded to any queries quickly. The crew had a fabulous time. The property is beautiful and was really clean. Annabel kindly let the team in a bit earlier. I will definitely book again. Thank you both x

I recently had the pleasure of staying for two nights in this charming barn conversion, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The location is wonderfully peaceful, making it the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The facilities were top-notch and eco-conscious, which I truly appreciated. Penny, the host, was friendly and attentive. When I encountered a minor issue upon arrival, she resolved it quickly and with genuine apologies, ensuring my stay was comfortable from the start. I highly recommend this lovely spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. You won't be disappointed!

Fantastic location within minutes of the beach which was perfect for our short Easter break. The apartment is beautiful with everything needed, and access to the pool & sauna were a very welcome addition for us during our stay. A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect and nice having the hotel next door. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Absolutely lovely place, had everything we needed and close to the park amenities. Caroline and Louise responded to my messages right away and were really helpful with check in/out. My son loved the balcony and the pool and we were in a perfect place for the air show! Can't wait to come back 😊.

We’re a young family of 6 and stayed for 4 nights during the Summer half-term holiday. The apartment is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. It is very well located next to South Sands beach and adjacent to the Harbour Beach hotel. It was great to be able to make use of the pool & spa in the hotel. We all had a great time, and this apartment will definitely be on our shortlist for our next trip to Salcombe!

We’ve just got back from a wonderful week at Nicki’s beautiful apartment. The views were incredible! Our boys loved watching the sea tractor going back and forth from Burgh Island, and letting us know when the tide was out and the Beach Barista was there! There was something incredibly magical looking out to Burgh Island, and we miss those views already! The apartment was beautifully presented and furnished to a very high standard. The whole set up is fantastic, and it was an added bonus to have dedicated use of the pool, gym and Deck restaurant. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us. We’d love to return! Hands down the best UK break we have had. Property is amazing, everything that you could wish for. Well equipped, perfect location for beach access too. Property owner communication was spot on too, would highly recommend to anyone considering a break in Woolacoombe.

A fantastic week spent at Otters Den. Max is a great host, the house is absolutely beautiful. Spotlessly clean & everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The pool , games room & petting area is a fantastic addition & kept my family entertained for the week. We didn’t venture out much as we wanted to have a relaxing week but the walks we did go on where beautiful. Max & his family are such kind hosts with the little extra touches, late check out on Easter Sunday, an egg hunt for the kids with chocolate eggs being delivered to our door, supplying us with fresh eggs & topped us up with fire wood when needed ! Communication was great, Max always replied to us within the hour. I would highly recommend Otters Den

I had a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely lovely—clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The hospitality was top-notch, and communication was smooth and timely throughout. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

It was an amazing stay, the place is apart of a big holiday ket that has a restaurant and spa. It exceeded expectations! All the staff at cary arms were really great and approachable. People will need to realise in advance how steep the hill is to get to the holiday homes. I had difficulty driving my car back up so Chris and Harry from the cary arms helped me out with that and I tree really appreciated it.

Fantastic house, amenities, and location. Beautifully presented. Spotlessly clean. The Dutch Tub was unusual and fun. The games room added lots of fun too. Plenty of room and also very quiet and we felt completely in our own little world.

A well positioned, clean, tidy and comfortable caravan on a fabulous site right by the beach with plenty to do. Caravan was lovely with everything we needed.

What a beautiful place! The Barn was a perfect weekend stay, in fact I wished I was staying longer. Very clean and stylish, with all the facilities we needed. The upstairs room was a stunning space. Unfortunately there was no time to sample the gym, but this is a great bonus. Thank you Celine and William for making the stay so straight forward, with a completely no-hassle check in and check out. Would love to stay again.

What a perfect little stay and beautiful accommodation. Perfect location and very close to beach. Central location not too far from anything. Such a lovely family and Evelin and her family made this a fabulous stay. Will 10000000% be making a return. Spotlessly clean and beautiful interior design.
