You can be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I highly recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

The house is very beautiful, even more beautiful than the photos, located in the residency area with beautiful houses, very clean, private, and have complete amenities, we can find everything we needed. It's way more than we expected. Thanks, Jordan :)

Our stay at Xavier's house was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The renovation seems to have been very recent. All facilities are new and of excellent quality. Unfortunately, we did not have the time or opportunity to make use of the outdoor areas (lounge, barbecue and pool). The hammam wasn't available, but it wasn't needed. I highly recommend the property.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

Charming stone house, very nice with its terrace, foosball, some games for children, the pool and right next to a large garden with goats, Lol (the very playful dog) and a trampoline. Perfect for our family and our 4 boys. The house is well-equipped and the bedding comfortable. The hosts are nice and welcoming. In the surrounding area, some very nice museums and the Etampes recreation area which is ideal for families. Recommended if you want to get out of Paris without too much traffic.

A simply magical weekend! The kids were amazed from start to finish, just like us. We celebrated my spouse's birthday as a family around a barbecue, in a perfect setting to create beautiful memories. Everything went wonderfully, and this stay will remain etched in our memories. A real treat for all ages! I recommend this place without a second thought. Very responsive and super friendly host :)

We 100% recommend the place. We felt very comfortable. Louisa and her family are great hosts. The location was just perfect for us. Supermarket, restaurants and the train station were within walking distance. We will definitely be happy to come back.

The stay at Marie-Hélène's went very well. The accommodation is easy to access, the vehicle can be parked in the courtyard safely. Welcoming and available hosts. We would recommend this listing. Maryse & Frédéric

The place is perfect for a stay near Paris. Very fast to get to Paris by train. Parking is provided at the property. Easy walk to the train station about 3-5 minutes, trains leave about every 20 minutes to gare de Lyon. Bakery for fresh morning bread and croissants about 15 minutes walk. We really liked it. I would definitely recommend and stay there again. The host is very helpful and gives recommendations. Thank you very much. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Sandrine's accommodation is a gem, tastefully decorated! The setting is superb and peaceful; Sandrine is a thoughtful and caring host!

We stayed at here as the location was perfect for the airport, and 30 minutes in to the center of Paris ( short bus ride and metro) The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The area was quiet and the local shop and bakery was only 5 minutes walk.

Perfect for a New Year's Eve with others and family. The house is very spacious with a very nice and bright living room with direct access to the garden. The kitchen is great for preparing meals and at the same time starting an aperitif The rooms are numerous and spacious (only small downside for the room which is on the top floor, you have to like the cool atmospheres😊..the heater did not heat enough). Jérémy was very accessible beforehand (he made it easy for us to have 2 additional individual mattresses) and during the stay by responding to all our small requests. I would recommend it without a second thought!

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. I don't regret my stay, clear explanations, warm host... Modern, cozy and very clean accommodation... Quiet and secure place, possibility to park directly in front of the accommodation. Small "terrace" pleasant in the evening... Shopping mall 5 min away, many restaurants nearby...

Accommodation true to the listing and photos, clean and tidy. Reactive and very accommodating host. Quiet neighborhood and good accessibility. I would recommend it 100%.

Overall a pleasant stay of 2 nights in the accommodation, a few points of attention to be paid to cleaning and the presence of products (2 rolls of toilet paper already started for a stay of 2 days for 7 people and no stock), freezer usable but taken in ice. A small memo on the use of the oven would be welcome too (made for the hobs and that's fine) The late arrival on Friday did not allow us to see the presence of some waste in the garden, which moreover deserves a refresh (mowing, tree size) Good thing, it's a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood, a few shops nearby (10min walk)

Thanks to John for hosting us and for being responsive. I came with a friend for the weekend to disconnect and the place is ideal for that! We loved the outdoors, the equipped kitchen and the bedrooms. A quiet and pleasant place. We'll be happy to go back!

We wish to thank our hosts Isabelle and Jean-Marc for being the most helpful people you could ever meet and generous to a fault. The house was fantastic very clean and well organized with all the equipment you need for a stay and a lovely garden to sit in. Transport to Paris was very easy bus or train nearby. We had a wonderful two week stay and would like to say many thanks to Isabelle and Jean-Marc for all their help.
