Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Évry-Courcouronnes

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very comfortable, clean and perfect for families with kids. Our little ones immediately felt comfortable – there was enough space to play and even a few toys on site. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and always responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

Wow, what an amazing stay- we really recommend. Patricia and Frederic had great communication before we arrived and Patricia was so welcoming and friendly. We absolutely loved the garden, the hot tub (a lovely big one) and the sauna. Everything was very clean, welcoming and well equipped. We booked here due to its close location to Disneyland - it is an easy drive and takes about 25 minutes. However, we also absolutely fell in love with the house and Annet Sur Marne its self. It was great to have ‘rest days’ away from the busyness of Disney and it was great to have a soak in the hot tub after a long day. The town is beautiful and we can recommend the bakery (the lady is so friendly), the local mini supermarket and Annet pizza -all in short walking distance. There is a lovely little park very close to the house - perfect for kids. Overall a fantastic stay - thank you.

Damien is a very welcoming and available host. The accommodation is luxurious and clean. As for the garden, it is a small peaceful oasis sheltered from view. Recommended!

There were 7 of us for this listing: it's perfect! Spacious as possible with a pleasant exterior. It's really perfect for a vacation or a little time with friends. We are also very close to the castle of Nainville-les-Roches and it is absolutely perfect for a group of friends who want to sleep and spend time together. The location is lucky to have a few spaces to park in front. The place is quiet and communication was very effective so we got the keys a little early. Perfect!

Just perfect, nothing else to say. The Accommodation is true to photos and descriptions. Its main asset, the jacuzzi, is also perfect and allows you to relax. I would recommend it

We had a truly pleasant stay at this lovely villa! Self check-in was smooth and convenient, and we appreciated the complete privacy throughout our stay. The hosts have clearly thought of everything — from toiletries to dishes and a high chair for little ones, which made our family stay so much easier 🧼🍼🍽️ The villa is spacious, airy, and perfect for groups of all ages. The kids had a blast on the trampoline and swings 🛝, while the teenagers enjoyed the darts and billiards 🎯🎱. The jacuzzi was a big hit with everyone — a perfect way to relax after a day out 💦. We also made great use of the grill for family meals 🍔🔥 Paris is not far, just about a 30€ taxi ride 🚖, making it easy to explore the city and come back to a peaceful retreat. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to return in the future! ✨

Audrey is a great host! We rented her house for an organized bachelorette party! Everything was suitable, clean and warm, there was enough room for all the girls! Really there is nothing to say everything suited us and was great!! We loved his house. I recommend it without so much as a second thought! If you want to make your own decoration for a birthday, EVJF, baby shower or other, you can do it without hesitation!

Very nice place, very nice terrace, only small worries ... he spanked very hot in the rooms, and the proximity to the owners and another rental house on the same place. But the host is very nice and the place is beautiful!

We had a great weekend thanks to Audrey. She was responsive and very warm. We were comfortable in the accommodation, we had enough space for 12 people. The hot tub was well heated. The accommodation is well located; very clean, very accessible with all the necessary amenities! the private lounge with sound system allowed us to celebrate the anniversary of our friendship and have a sublime time The jaccuzi is simply!!! i highly recommend the villa and blandine is simply a wonderful person mmmm from Paris!!! Peaceful, relaxing stay. An atypical cabin, very well furnished. Impeccable terrace with a hot tub and swimming pool as well as nice deckchairs to have a good time. Friendly and kind hosts, attentive and offering visits to nearby places.
