Situated near the main port and within easy reach of the stunning beaches in the south, our home offers convenience and tranquility. The space features a comfortable double bed, a convertible couch. Nestled in the oldest neighborhood of Agios Khrykos, known as "Sevdali," meaning desire in Turkish, you'll experience a serene atmosphere. Escape the hustle and bustle and choose our apartment for a peaceful retreat.

"Metochi" - Secluded Little Shelter

The tastefully decorated traditional Ikarian shepherd's hut is situated in the middle of nature and offers amazing sea and mountain view. It's an ideal spot to find your peace and to enjoy your privacy. The house is located in the village of Agios Dimitrios (Raches), which is less than a 15-minute drive to Messakti beach. It's highly recommended to have a car to explore the island. The road leading from the village to the house is 1km of dirt road, but accessible with any type of car.

The Blue House on the Hill

The secluded cute cottage is ideal for those who wish to relax in a peaceful natural environment. Far from the noise and from other tourists, this is the perfect spot to decompress and to enjoy your privacy. The house is located above the tiny village of Nas and you will need a vehicle to reach it (1km dirt road, but accessible with any type of vehicle). Apart from the impressive beach of Nas, during the summer months you will find lovely traditional taverns and a grocery store.

Wake up to beautiful views of the sea and the mountains in this peaceful setting. An ideal place to decompress and get inspired by the sounds, scents and vibes of nature. Our 6000m2 property is full of olive and fruit trees, organic vegetable gardens, and authentic Ikarian herbs, all for your use.

Monopati Eco Stay - Calliope upper floor

The upper floor apartment of a maisonette sleeps 4 persons and has a private bathroom and kitchen. It can be rented separately, since it has a private entrance and the internal staircase can be closed off. It can also be rented in combination with the ground floor apartment of the maisonette, which sleeps 2 additional persons, and consists of a bedroom, kitchenette, and bathroom. If you're interested in the entire maisonette, just ask us for a special offer!

Das traditionelle Steinhaus grenzt an einer Seite an die natürliche Felswand. Das Bad ist ganz in den Fels hinein gebaut. Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

Vacation home with a sea view. It consists of two bedrooms (one double and two single beds), a kitchen and a bathroom. Below the house there is a beach where you reach from a path with steps in two minutes. At the back of the house there is a garden with steps and levels with resting areas. Access to the house is from the street via a path with steps in less than 1 minute. Public Parking 100m from the house. Unsuitable for the disabled.

The rose garden, the orange trees that offer shade in the large stone courtyard and the colorful hammock where you can enjoy a few hours of relaxation are some of the things that help you escape the daily stresses and enjoy the little things in life.
