Really great place with lots to do nearby!

Cinda’s guest suite is truly a gem. It’s spacious, inviting, and impeccably clean. Upon arrival, I felt right at home, greeted with pastries and a generous variety of coffee, tea, and herbal infusions to accompany them. This suite is an excellent place for both work and relaxation. The neighborhood is peaceful, beautiful, and safe, with plenty of walking options, accessible public transportation, and a variety of coffee shops, restaurants, and local shops. It’s a lovely part of town. I can’t think of a better place to stay if you’re visiting Evanston or Chicago. Cinda is incredibly kind and generous, and her guest suite was a delight to stay in. This place was truly beautiful and easy to find. My husband and I enjoyed the lofted space upstairs and the variety of books and other cool items. David was also a wonderful host, very responsive and kind. Thank you again!

While visiting Evanston for a family celebration in Evanston, we enjoyed Donald’s comfortable, clean, and quiet apartment. It was well-equipped for our needs and was convenient for walking to various stores, such as Target and Whole Foods, as well as local eateries and bakeries. Donald is an attentive host and communicates well by text.
