The beach is a 15-minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer it is very active, you may hear music. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby. This may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area. The house was totally remodeled, 2023.

This is truly a spectacular and luxurious accommodation located across from the Welland Canal, central to the town. Newly and completely rebuilt in 2021 with a gated entrance for two cars, and a large second floor patio that is covered and tastefully appointed. The pictures can speak for themselves! Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.
