Phil’s listing was everything it made out to be and more! Beautiful house with lots of room to accommodate everyone, large backyard with private deck, & extremely clean and pleasant to name just a few things. We felt right at home in this great quiet neighbourhood. Phil was very kind, easy to talk to, and responsive. This will be the #1 option for us anytime we are needing a place to stay when we are in the area. I cannot recommend Phil and his booking enough. Thank you for everything!

The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully put together—Everything needed was there, and the vibe was peaceful and welcoming. Ezra was super responsive and made check-in really easy. Whether you’re looking for a quiet spot to relax or a comfortable base for exploring the area this place is perfect!

My family enjoyed our stay at Jeremy's place! The listing well informs that there is a operating train track right next door - we weren't bothered by the noise and the kids enjoyed watching the multiple trains go by! Jeremy thoughtfully provided a fan in each bedroom (which helps with the train noise btw!) and he had the house nicely situated and very clean. The house is near the road but there wasn't much traffic and we felt like we had enough privacy. The yard is very nice; Jeremy definitely keeps it kept up. Angola was a nice, small town. We visited a local restaurant and the beach on lake Erie. It was beautiful!

From booking all the way thru until our checkout time, Liz has been a welcoming and helpful host. We were a group of nine visiting the Buffalo area for a UB graduation and wanted accommodations that were warm, inviting and most of all spacious for such a large group. We enjoy cooking and hosting and the open concept living space in Liz's space for our needs perfectly. the kitchen was well equipped and maintained, the appliances and cookware were like new and of excellent quality. Everyone in our bunch raved about our rental and loathed having to leave. Liz, we look forward to staying at one of your rentals in the near future! Thank you for helping us feel at home even when we are hundreds of miles away!!

The hostess was very responsive and hospitable! The beds were very comfortable and we didn’t want for extra pillows, towels, blankets, etc. The pool was clean and the deck was enjoyed each morning with a cup of coffee. The area felt very safe. We could spread out and come together when needed. We were in town for a family gathering and it was the perfect set up!

What a great place to enjoy time with family and friends. Spacious and well furnished we had a fabulous stay. Dogs loved the yard and the kids loved every minute of the pool. Walking distance to the village with great restaurants ! Beds were comfortable and plenty of bathrooms ! Would definitely recommend.

Carol’s place was beautiful! The pool was a nice bonus and it wasn’t too far from the falls! Carol was seriously, hands downs thee coolest airbnb host I’ve encountered yet!!! She was so funny and engaged when I had questions on how far things were or her recommendations on things to do nearby! I will def be back, if not to stay in her beautiful airbnb it will be to hang out with her!!! Thanks sooo much Carol! My sister and I had a blast and you made it 1000x funner!

Beautiful home! Spacious and comfortable! Backyard was completely fenced in, and the neighborhood was quiet! The kitchen had almost every type of appliance and utensil that you would want for a “staycation!” The hot tub was also delightful and well maintained! And plenty of towels! We look forward to coming in the summer

Leah was a terrific host! The house was so cute and cozy! Everything was clean. The beds were super comfortable. There was a nice little snack area that included a s'more kit. This house is in a neighborhood, but the back yard felt so private. The pool was nice. The firepit was fantastic. The night we arrived we tried to use the firepit, but we found it was out of propane. I messaged Leah the next morning, and she fixed it right away. We were able to enjoy the second evening. The trip was wonderful and stress free. If I am ever in the area I would absolutely stay here again. :)

Joelle’s accommodations were perfect for my team doing work in Seneca Nations. They were able to come back after a long day and said it was like a home away from home.

Polly's was great, clean and comfy, and she allowed our dog. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach of Lake Erie. I would visit again, and recommend this spot to others.

Cabin was quaint and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Couch was comfy too. Holly had portable AC unit all set and ready to go. Location is perfect. Walking distance to state park. Very attentive host.

This was a great experience! The host was very proactive with communication-regularly checking in to make sure everything was okay and offering help if anything wasn't up to expectations. The place itself was spotless, tidy, and very comfortable. It's in a great location for visiting the falls and nice and quiet at night, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. I'm very satisfied with the stay and would highly recommend it!
