Private suite vacation rentals in Erie County

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful space. Everything about this stay was comfortable and inviting. Beautifully decorated and well appointed with all the extras you may have forgotten. The beds were comfy and the parking plentiful. The extra large bathroom with spa like features is a nice addition with heated floors! This place is in close proximity to both the North and South Campus for the University at Buffalo, the Buffalo Zoo, historic sites and Niagara Falls. Louis and his family were gracious hosts. We had a wonderful stay and will book when back in Buffalo.

Donna was more than accommodating, treated me like an old friend to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Great place for a Bills game, or just to stay around Buffalo. Great host and great value.

Thomas is SUCH an amazing host. First, the property was so cute and quaint. Everything was spotless. There’s a late night food and bar right at the corner for those looking for midnight snacks. Thomas goes above and beyond for his guests! He baked us banana bread, had fruits, coffee, tea, snack bags of assorted chips..man. I’ve been up and down and all over using Airbnb and I think I’ve experienced that only one other time. Thank you Thomas! You’re awesome!

The host was readily available and very fast to respond to me upon my arrival as I Mis-read the entry instructions. He wasn’t home at the time but came over immediately to simply assure me of which door I was to use. Great communication and availability as I said. The place was great for a two person stay (could sleep 4 with a couch, 2 pullouts and a queen bed) but seems best for 2-3. Two bathroom, 1 shower. Private entrance to this area of the house. There is a door that connects inside but it’s to be expected as it’s part of the home. Access to the back porch and 1 parking spot in the back in his driveway was convenient. My main concern anywhere I go is safety and cleanliness and I felt comfortable in both of those regards. There’s a gas station and 7/11 less than 5 minutes walk from the house for anything you’d need (including some beers). He’s about 12 minutes from Buffalo and 25-30 from Highmark stadium AND Niagara Falls (opposite direction) depending on traffic. RECOMMEND ✅

I had an amazing stay at Courtney’s house! She is incredibly kind and warmhearted, going above and beyond to make her guests feel at home. One time I lost my AirPods, and Courtney helped me by putting up notes around the neighborhood. Thanks to her efforts, I was able to get them back—such a thoughtful and caring host! She often brought me delicious food, which made the stay even more special and comforting. The entire experience felt like home, and I truly enjoyed my time there. I would highly recommend Courtney’s place to anyone and will definitely stay here again in the future!

This is definitely my top Airbnb. The host was responsive and helpful. The place is beautiful and has more than what you need. The location was close to the Bills stadium. This will be my go to spot whenever I’m in Buffalo. This Airbnb needs 10 stars.

This was our 3rd time staying at John's. It is clean, comfortable and safe. John is quick to respond. John is a great host! We highly recommend his place.

The place was immaculate when we walked in everything was just as described and very neat and clean. The host was very responsive and very polite and the checking process was seamless and the process was just smooth which made my night a lot more easy and convenient and hassle free so thank you very muchfor such a hospitable stay and I will be looking forward to visiting again very soon and I 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a stay!

My wife and I are pretty private and quiet people. We felt cozy here quite fast. It is very quiet here during the snowy months. We felt peaceful here during our stay.

This is beautiful place and Tony&Tommy are super friendly and responsive hosts!
