We planned a last minute trip to Branson and couldn't believe what a great place we were able to get on such short notice. Scott was great to work with - we didn't book until the night before our trip and he was so responsive to emails and texts. I don't know if this last minute trip would have worked out, if he hadn't been so quick to respond. The condo was very spacious, clean, and in a great location. We were within 15 minutes from downtown, White Water, and the Branson Belle. Our family of eight had plenty of space. Unfortunately, pool hours and other amenities were restricted due to Covid - which was disappointing, but understandable. The staff responded quickly to requests and were very courteous. The kitchen worked out great - plenty of plates, cups, and silverware - and enough cookware to easily make a few meals while we were there. We would definitely stay at one of Scott's places again.

The Victoria is well located in Bentonville—near everything downtown and a 15 minutes walk to Crystal Bridges along a beautiful wooded trail. The Queen Anne suite was huge, bed comfortable, and the bathroom very well appointed with tub, shower and a huge closet. I didn’t take advantage of the pool and hot tub but they definitely looked inviting. I also had a great breakfast in the morning. Would gladly stay at The Victoria again in the future.

amazing visit! Checking in was super easy and the room was more then advertised. very friendly and cozy. was greeted with genuine smile. it's the perfect place to stay when visiting. super close walking distance from local downtown shops and restaurants

We loved our time here! The hospitality was great, breakfast was delicious, location is PERFECT and the room/amenities were plentiful! Can’t wait to come back for another weekend getaway!

Really enjoyed it, a little out of the way, but hey, it’s Branson. Only complaints were the spouse didn’t like the bed or pillows, otherwise everything was fine.

Great description of place, but when you checked in the resort stayed that there was a hold of $250 on a card and would be released at check out for any damages, this was never stated in description of property on air bnb . Otherwise everything else was amazing

We have stayed at this resort many times, just never through Airbnb. It is an older resort that is being bought by Hilton. We are an older couple, so the room was great for us. Comfortable bed, nice kitchen and roomy bathroom. We were asked to do a presentation, but when we declined they were not “pushy.” Well worth the price.

We absolutely loved this place. So much space, It was actually more like 2 separate apartments connected by adjoining doors. The smaller room was still spacious, with its own bathroom, king size bed, a sleeper sofa, and a kitchenette (with its own set of dishes). The larger apartment, which is joined by connecting doors, has a large kitchen (with plenty of dishes for 4, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, refrigerator with ice maker), large living room/sitting area with sleeper sofa, another large bathroom sth two separate sinks and a shower, and a master bedroomwith a jetted tub. There was also a com.unity pool, but I dont have any feedback on that since we didn'tspend any time there. There were definately plenty of people enjoying it though, so I believe it was a heated pool. They also provided pool towels, small shampoo/conditioner, soap, small dish soap, hair dryer, trash bags, coffee. We loved our stay, wish we could have stayed longer.

I recently stayed at Osage Resort through Airbnb and overall had a positive experience. The property was well-maintained and in a perfect location for our needs. The accommodations were comfortable, and the host was friendly and responsive. However, the only downside was the water, which had a noticeable odor and was discolored. Despite boiling, the issue persisted, possibly indicating well water. While this was a minor inconvenience, it didn't significantly impact our enjoyable stay.

A great location for walking to shops, restaurants and music venues. 3rd floor room seemed very private, with a great porch to sit and rock awhile after a busy day. Room was 'elegant antique-ish' , many nice touches to make it homey.

This place was perfect. We enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Michelle was friendly and responsive when needed. Everything was clean. Would recommend.

Everything was perfect! Pictures did not do this home justice. We were pleasantly surprised by the views and large space . Also had everything we needed as far as supplies, kitchen utilities, etc. Staff was very responsive. Thank you Arka for a wonderful vacation!!!

The location is excellent for its close proximity to walk around downtown. The space is nice. The bedroom and bathroom are a bit narrow but the kitchen is spacious. The only two negatives were confusion on the keypad versus the key box in the check-in instructions (which just need a quick update in the email instructions) and we encountered several spiders around the bed (typical for October in Arkansas for spiders to make their way indoors if not sprayed).

This place is GORGEOUS! It’s exactly as pictured. Patrick and other staff were helpful, proactive, and responsive! I got married in Eureka, and chose this space to get ready because of how beautiful I knew our getting ready photos would be! 10/10 recommend and will certainly stay here again!
