2 night stay as a couple with our small dog. Patrice was very responsive to make our arrival easier. The accommodation is as described and very well equipped, with the charm of the Normandy cottages. Recommended for couples or larger families

A real quiet haven of peace, perfect for a weekend in the green. Astrid welcomes you to a charming house where you can drink an herbal tea while listening to good vinyl records, or read a book in the pleasant garden. The house is even better than pictured and Astrid is very good tips, available and flexible, to visit without moderation!

Staying at Sophie's was a real pleasure. The description "family home" is correct because it is filled with memories, our grandparents lived there in the last century. The location is perfect, the house is very comfortable and well-equipped. Sandra, the co-host, is very nice, always available and considerate to answer various questions. After this enchanting weekend, we'd love to stay here again.

Everything about it was excellent

Bright and spacious apartment, and perfectly tidy, well-equipped enough for 5 people, responsive and attentive host, perfect!

The apartment was perfectly placed for exploring Rouen - a 10-15 minute stroll to the centre. We were surprised by how peaceful it was, despite being in the city. The balcony was a perfect spot to sit and relax on a summer evening.

Super convenient for a short stay

Wilfried's accommodation is exactly as described. Spacious and functional, capacity adapted to 10 people without problems. Wilfried perfectly explained the access and the terms of use, which is comfortable and reassuring. 2 very small negative points that should not overshadow this attractive accommodation: a small problem with the dishes not completely clean and a lack of dish towels that would have helped us do the dishes😜! We highly recommend this apartment which is great value for money! Thank you Wilfried!

Great apartment, easy check in, great communication. Location good, 10min walk to the river, lots to do and plenty of great restaurants. 20min walk into the city. Parking is free on the nearby streets, we had to drive around a few times to find one. Apartment lovely and clean, everything you need.

Communication before check in was excellent. Host met us at check in and explained all the facilities in the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean , bright , airy and well equipped for our needs ( family , kids 9 &12) . It was in the second floor with lift access and a large balcony. The apartment is situated near Ax Major in Cergy and about a 10 minute walk to the metro. This area is a multicultural suburb of Paris with local shops but no restaurants within walking distance. I would also state that like many city suburbs around world there would be a need to be cautious around the station area. With a 5-10 minute drive you were near Cergy marina (very beautiful) and the Ile de Loisir (lake side entertainment - kids loves it). The apartment suited us for visiting various venues for the Olympic Games and we enjoyed an evening walk towards the lake as many other families did early evening. We did not venture out after 9pm so I cannot comment on evening feel.
