This place is for guests only. The organization of parties, birthdays, meetings or any other type of gathering will be systematically refused or canceled.

This duplex of approximately 40 m2 is light and friendly. Possibility to come to sleep for 4 people (a comfortable and large sofa that unfolds) and a bed in the room. Parking space is available. Very quiet because it overlooks a courtyard. Parking possible right in front of the apartment. Living room, kitchenette and bathroom on the ground floor and bedroom upstairs in the attic PLEASE NOTE: There is a €15 surcharge if you use the sofa bed, unless you bring your own duvet.
