The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. Luxury decor. Peaceful and magical close-to-nature environment.

Our lovely house is near to the golf of the Castle of the Battlefield of Le Neubourg, 25 kms from Rouen, 50 kms from Honfleur and the garden of Giverny (painter Monet) an near to all conveniences. On the leisure side : two bicycles at your disposal to discover the green lane for a stroll on the Normand heritage. You will appreciate our house for its calm, its charm, and the nature surroundings. Perfect place for a romantic or family escape (with 2 small children)

The rental is located next to ours but it's not overlooked.There is a private terrace & seperate entrance as well as direct access to the walkway along the Seine(passing through our garden).
