Charming cottage located on the property of the Manoir de la Pérelle in Hondouville. Outbuilding located on a 3-hectare plot of land on the banks of the Iton. Free walk on the estate. Very charming village in the heart of the Iton Valley to visit by bike (bike rental). Bakery, tobacco bar, pharmacy etc nearby. Distance: 15 minutes from Evreux, 10 minutes from Louviers - A13 exit, 40 minutes from Rouen and 1 hour from Paris.

La Maison Cupidon

The tiny-house "Cupidon" is ideal for 1 or 2 people, whether you are travelling for personal or business reasons. Comfortable bedding awaits you. On the ground floor there is a kitchenette, a living room with a sofa bed and an office area. Upstairs there is a bedroom and a shower room with WC and washing machine. You can park your car in the fully enclosed courtyard. You will have views over the courtyard and garden area.

Welcome to this former sheepfold transformed into a Tiny House. Take a break in a green setting punctuated by the sound of water. Ideally located between Giverny, on the Impressionist circuit and the loops of the Seine; you will also be in the center of Rouen in 20 minutes. Free municipal parking is available a stone's throw from the Bergerie (under video surveillance). We can speak English if needed ;-)

At Elise and Julien's, independent house

We renovated this outbuilding in front of our main house. We are ideally located for those who wish to visit Normandy by car. Halfway between Paris and Rouen, we are close to the A13 highway and the Claude Monet Gardens. Ideal for couples, you will find all the comforts you need in this little house that combines the charm of the old with modernity. You will also access to the private terrace.

Peaceful cottage "La Trèfletière"

The accommodation consists of two parts separated by 5 m from each other; a 16 m2 private bedroom cottage equipped with a double bed and a raised single bed on one side and a 17 m2 building adjoining our house in which there is a bathroom and a private kitchen/dining area as well. All of which makes up a complete independent accommodation.
