Smoking friendly vacation rentals in EUR, Rome

From the moment we stepped into the place it felt very cozy. In a very quiet neighbourhood and as mentioned, a minute walk to the bus stop to take you to the city of Ancient Rome. Places to eat nearby as well. The highlight of the place was the spacious outdoor patio, where we took nap each afternoons. The place itself was equipped with nice comfy bed, kitchen with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and stove where we made caffe every morning. The bathroom was nice and clean, we had one minor issue on day 1 but Apollonia and her partner came over right away at night to fix it and now that is going above and beyond to provide an excellent service. Grazie Mille :) Again, I can’t emphasize the Catello home, would definitely recommend this place and will book it again without any hesitation.

The stay was perfect, I really felt at home. The apartment was very clean, quiet and relaxing area; I had a problem but Raffaella was kind and helpful to give me all the info I needed to solve it. Flexible with both check-in and check-out, much appreciated. I'll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Best place in the neighborhood to explore Pigneto and Rome in general. Renan is a trusty host. Will stay again when in Rome, highly recommend!

Giulia's apartment was super comfortable and clean, we felt ourself like in our home. Giulia was very friendfull and she was replying us very quickly, she had so many reccomendations about surroundings. Flat is not in the city center but, it is very well connected trough bus and tramway (40 min to the city center).

Laura was very nice lady, responsive and caring. We felt right at home, well equipped in kitchen and bedroom, her place met our expectations! Bus stop by your door is a big plus😊 We would come again!

Great place to stay in Rome for a couple of days, easy access to the train close to monuments walkable.

The Pied e Terre is charming .It is easily accessible to the center of Rome.The location is spot on for being in the Eternal city and yet away from the hustle and bustle after a hectic day of sightseeing. Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

Good place near termini and well connected with the transportation.

Our stay was awesome, and both hosts made everything very convenient. They are about a 15-20 minute walk from the metro station and you can get everywhere from there. They provided us with all the information we needed and answered our questions. The place is very homey, and I would definitely stay again!

Anna Maria is one of the best host I have come across my stays on Airbnb, she has an excellent independent house, sparking clean and close to Rome terminal (walkable 15 mins). The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and equipments which helped to cook and feed my toddler during my vacation in Rome. The rooms are amazing with all the amenities. . I experienced very easy check in and check out and her helpfulness was really amazing and unmatched. . I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an Italian house close to Terminal and with good restaurants nearby.

Giacomo's accommodation is located at the back of a peaceful and well-maintained residence in Trastevere. Simin welcomed us warmly. The neighborhood is very nice, the accommodation fully matches the photos and is really well-equipped (including the kitchen). We really enjoyed our stay in Rome!

A cozy place that was built with lots of passion and love. I had an amazing stay in Rome, had the pleasure of meeting Cristiana & Pietro who made sure I would feel at home, gave me a list of al the nicest not so touristy spots to see and eat at (as per my inquiry) and made sure I make the best of my holiday. ♥️

as someone who used to live in Rome I found the location to be ideal what also stands out is how easy it is to get around .. free parking in the neighborhood and bus station and metro station close by super market tabaccheria and Gelato bar within 5 minutes walk and Andrea was so accommodating and responsive answering my 100 messages and being so kind and patient will stay again!

My stay at Marco’s flat was nothing less than spectacular. The location is so convenient. A mere 6 minute walk from Termini Station from which you can find train, metro, and bus options to get anywhere else in and around Rome. While it is very close to the busy Termini area, the flat itself is a peaceful, serene oasis. The flat has authentic charm and really feels like a home away from home. The terrace is huge and provides great views of the surrounding areas. The kitchen was well equipped and had many options for making espresso/coffee and Marco provides some basic sweet breads for breakfast. Marco is an artist and the flat has several of his paintings. There is a lot of great art in the place. It seemed that every time I looked around I would find something new to admire. I highly recommend Marco’s place when you are visiting Rome.

Fantastic find, quiet, relaxing and beautifully furnished penthouse apartment with private secluded roof terrace in the centre of Rome, 10/10 for us! This apartment is truly a DREAM. ♥️ It is clean, spacious and beautiful. The bathroom is amazing and we loved how quiet the neighborhood was during the night. Carmen is very friendly and gave us some good tips for restaurants. I can 100% recommend this Airbnb ♥️

#1 for my heat sensitive family is we think Gaia has the best AC in Roma! Such a beautiful apartment in a safe, convenient location. Some of our favorite meals in Italy were the ones we ate in this neighborhood. We were delayed and arrived at 9pm, Gaia was so patient and kind. We walked to enjoy a bite to eat and the best gelato at Fior di Luna a short walk away. Would give 10stars🌟 if possible!

Very well-equipped accommodation, comfortable bed, very nice terrace! Very good restaurants nearby. Please note, however, that there is no air conditioning and the center of Rome is quite far on foot.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is spacious, beautifully designed, and has an amazing view of the sea. One of my favorite features was the large rooftop — it’s green, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

We loved Ernesto’s stylish, spacious and comfortable apartment. It was in a great location too! The lift was great for my elderly parents.
