Andre’s place is as described! A fully new flat, very well decorated with modern style furniture and very well equipped. Andre was very responsive and helpful. I recommend this place if you want a peaceful location 20-ish minutes from Nogaro track.

Great apartment, great location. Modern and clean and remarkably quiet considering its in the center of old town. On a brisk winter day, it was lovely to have a warm place to curl up on the couch and relax. Strong Wi-Fi and all utilities worked great. Plenty of space, extra blankets, and easy transition with the manager who met us with the keys and showed us around the place upon arrival. The washer/dryer and the dishwasher were great additional benefits. As a homeowner with rentals myself, I really appreciate how clean and nicely kept the place was overall. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Very pleasant week stay in Géralde's home in Pau. Responsive and friendly person. A big thank you for the little welcome gift that made us happy. Her apartment located on the third floor (no elevator) is very bright. You can see the mountains via the terrace. There is a very wide outdoor space dedicated to parking within the residence (very convenient). Downtown is easily accessible by foot, as well as Beaumont Park and the famous Boulevard des Pyrenees. There are quite a few activities to do around, mountain hikes, Jurançon wine tasting, good restaurants to eat, the market halls and its local products, the sea 1h30 by car... The bedding in the first bedroom may need to be reviewed though.

The highest recommendation. We had a wonderful 3 nights in Pau. The apartment was spacious with high ceilings. It was also very comfortable, tastefully furnished and extremely well equipped. We particular enjoyed the views from the terasse and the two sets of French windows overlooking the garden. The centre of Pau was only minutes away on foot. Our host Pierre was extremely helpful and generous. We hope to return. Thank you Pierre.

It went very well, we had come at 4 for 2 days for school events. It was a real pleasure to stay here: we felt safe, everything was clean and perfectly as advertised. Thanks again for everything!

We had a lovely stay in a quiet and authentic environment. Isabelle and Hervé welcomed us very well in their spacious and well-equipped cottage. A little extra for the pool that we were able to enjoy during a week of high heat. We would recommend this listing!

Myriam's house is simply amazing. Very spacious, with a very comfortable master suite (bedroom + giant dressing room + bathroom), a top relaxation area: Sauna & pool, a veranda with professional plancha etc. etc.! Without hesitation, a dream home that we are sad to leave. The small town of Tartas, right next door, offers everything you need, but you have to be aware that Bégaar is far from everything and you will have to drive a lot to access the interesting sites of the region. Mathilde was an impeccable host. She was incredibly responsive and friendly and we were honoured to spend a few days in her lovely home.

A fully equipped accommodation; especially the kitchen, it contained everything you need. A quiet place to spend a few good days, the pool was very clean… Excellent stay!

Alain and Holly were wonderful hosts. They live on site and were always ready to answer questions about the local area. The barn we stayed in was really traditional and had a French farmhouse vibe. The barn was spacious and clean. The pool area was large and although shared we only saw one couple once during our weeks stay, it was still really peaceful. The area was peaceful, quiet and in the middle of the forest. We went to two local markets and shopped at the Super U about 15 minutes drive away. The lake which was a 5 minute drive was amazing, fresh water but also sand. You could easily spend a week just visiting here! There were wonderful walks around the lake, a cafe and places to hire water sports. We also visited Bayonne which was about an hour's journey from the house. We really enjoyed our stay here. Be sure to bring mosquito cream for the evenings as you are in the middle of nature!

The apartment is very well located 10 minutes' walk from Pau castle. The apartment matches the photos and description of the apartment on Airbnb, very well-appointed and refurbished. We had a lovely stay at Pierre and Mathilde's and we recommend this apartment if you want to stay in Pau.
