Nice! Large yard

Quaint little home. I’ve stayed here twice now in the last 12 months and have been very happy with both visits. I initially reserved the whole house for my trip but plans changed and when it came time for the trip I didn’t need all three rooms. So I closed off one side of the house and just used one room. I love that the house has that option. The host provided very clear instructions before my arrival. There were no questions at all. The bigger side of the house has two bedrooms and one bath. One bed is super soft and the other is moderate in my opinion. I like a very soft mattress so this was perfect and super comfortable for me. The kitchen has a few non-perishable items. So that’s convenient. But I would like to have had some ice. Although there were ice trays in the freezer, they were empty. So, I had to go get a cup of ice from Sonic. The living room furniture was very comfortable. TV had Roku on it so I was able to watch TV. I would def recommend this place.

This was an amazing experience from the moment we booked to the moment we left. The house was as described, bathrooms are five star!! Kitchen had everything we needed. Host went above and to help make us comfortable.

This place was great! We needed a last minute stay for our family and this was the perfect place. There was plenty of room for everybody and the location was convenient.

We absolutely loved this place! It was peaceful and a much needed space to relax. It was perfect for a needed getaway, my wife really enjoyed the porch it was a great space for my wife and I to enjoy our newborn. The host was very accommodating, and helpful.

Great time, great location to the lake! Bonus was that it is atv/utv friendly neighborhood, great friendly neighbors. House was as advertised, enjoyed the sweet fire pit out front and the awesome screened in porch.

This place is an absolute pleasure I would recommend this place to everyone. There is plenty to do and the place is exceptionally clean. The moment you walk in you feel at peace and at home. It is quiet and comfortable.

Beautiful home on a beautiful property. It was peaceful and relaxing and everything we needed and we loved it so much we’ve already rebooked! Rainie was amazing, anytime I had any concern, concerns or questions She responded to me within minutes.

I love what Klara, Chuck, and Donald doing !! Sanctuary for Animals has very special place in my heart ! The bed and breakfast cabin was so cozy !! Walk in door .. and you feel at home … feel all the stress of life .. melt away.. love all the sounds of farm.. relaxing hot tub every evening after amazing days. Breakfast delivered will blow your taste buds off !! Delicious !!! Cabin is fully stocked .. they took care of every need … amazing !! Bed was so comfortable ! So many sweet dogs there .. who would love to come home with you! You won’t regret coming to sanctuary.. you will love it!! Looking forward to next stay!

The house was cute, clean and fit 9 adults perfect. Owners were quick with getting back to us with any questions we had.

we absolutely loved the house and location. The views are as good as nearly any house at Carlton Landing and the porches were my wife's favorite part of the entire trip. Front porch with 2 swings, side porch with dinner table is screened in (had many meals there) and the upstairs screened in porch is the best kept secret of the house. Very clean, workout room was such a plus and proximity to pickleball/tennis/basketball court was so fun for our family. We absolutely hope to stay here again!

Everything was I expected. The house was clean and had plenty of room for our large group. The price was hard to beat. I would stay here again.

This place was exactly what the pictures showed. The beds were super comfortable and the master bathroom is so beautifully done. The backyard was shady and beautiful while still being able to get some sunlight. The little add ons we’re perfect; the swing out front, bug spray, board games, fire pit, balls and water toys! We got to watch bunny’s, birds and fireflies pass through while we sat out back. Although the beaches weren’t available due to the rain previous weekends, the guide book that was put together brought us to a cute park for our little one to play at. We enjoyed the highly recommended Mexican restaurant and got to know the locals who treated us so welcomely. Camerine was very quick to respond to us when we had questions and made the check in / check out a breeze.

We loved staying at this Airbnb! Steve was a wonderful host and extremely responsive/generous. The place has everything you need. We stayed with our 3 and 4 year olds and they loved it. It was a risk all of us sleeping in the same room but it paid off. The bunk beds were a hit and were the perfect size for them up top and my husband and I on bottom. Since CL is far from town we brought a cooler with all of our food. We weren’t sure what to expect in the kitchen but it was well stocked! Measuring cups and all pots and pans. We did notice there’s no spatula so bring your own if you plan to make pancakes like we did. We brought steaks and the propane grill worked great. And for the coffee drinkers, there was a keurig provided so bring your own k-cups and creamer! FYI, the fridge didn’t have filtered water so bring bottles or drink tap. Same with ice, it’s not provided so bring a bag if you need it. The pool area was perfect. This is the real gem. It wasn’t heated while we were ther

We stay in several Airbnb’s. This was our first time staying in a camper. We really enjoyed it. Very nice set up! We loved the experience !

Place was great and host was great to work with

The photos actually do not do the decks justice when it comes to the views you receive from them. The stay was actually supposed to be just a couple days, but due to the location and so many places to visit even with the high water levels we extended our stay another day. My parents, husband, myself and our fur baby all felt right at home. The house felt very much like home, and whenever I had a question the response time was not very long. The only downside to the whole visit was the fact that the yard connected inside the fence that looks like it was just purchases or sold needed to be cut, but even with that surprisingly the bugs (mosquitos) were not that bad even with the rising waters at the lake. Our JavaBoy loved the large yard, not the stairs off the back deck much due to his age. The husband loved going out and using the swings in the back yard. Honestly, the hubby and I already said that we plan on staying at this lake house agin, but we just don't know when.

3 night stay at this location, made it feel like home , I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area for the weekend. Thank you Lawrence , Greetings from Bakersfield ca

The place was beautiful, located right on the lake. Jim & Cody were both very helpful and answered any questions I had. Amazing hosts and amazing scenery. The master bed was very comfortable and the tv in room was an added bonus. Will be staying again in the future.
