Charge your batteries at this unique and quiet place to stay. Lovely location with panoramic views of the Saudi Mountains and Maldalsvannet. The hiking opportunities are huge both summer and winter time. About 25 min drive to Sauda ski center for those who want alpine skiing. 12–15 minutes drive to lovely Sauda Downtown which has a lot to offer, including bakery, eateries and sports shops The cabin is located west facing and has a lot of sun from February to October that can be enjoyed on several terraces. Sand volleyball court on the south side.

Cozy newly renovated cabin with view of the fjord. The cabin is peacefully located, with good space for play and recreation. In idyllic Utåker there is a nice hiking area; Tveitedalen, Handelandsdalen, Postvegen or Ulvanosa is worth a visit. You can take the ferry over to Skånevik. There is a grocery store and several other shops. 12 km to Valen grocery store and 2 miles to Husnes Storsenter. The barony of Rosendal with its cultural experiences is less than an hour away. If you want to fish, it is possible to rent a boat from a neighbor.

The cabin has 3 bedrooms with double beds. There is sleeping space for 6 people. The cabin is small and is best suited for a family of 4. Or 4 adult. It is large plot with good parking opportunities and outdoor activities. The cabin is centrally located as a starting point to several popular tourist attractions such as Bondhusvatnet, Trolltunga and much more.

Best for 4 people due to smaller living room and kitchen. NB: Camping toilet, and outdoor shower heated by solar cells. Footpath from the parking lot down to the cabin. Boat and boat can be rented at additional cost.

Find peace and quiet in this know the cozy house right by the Hardangerfjord. The house has everything you need, and is a good starting point to experience the area, whether it is the mountain or the sea that entices. Welcome to this cosy holiday home with a unique location right by the fjord. Road all the way to the door. The shoreline offers swimming opportunities and the Å krafjord offers good fishing opportunities. The house is located in a wild and magnificent natural area with fjord and mountains. Here are good opportunities for some nice walks in the beautiful surroundings. Grocery store about 200 meters away. Petrol and diesel are also sold here. The cabin has wireless internet and chromecast for TV.

Great cabin for rent in scenic surroundings. Located 5 minutes away from downtown Etne, at Stordalsvatnet. In the water there is trout, sea trout, salmon and char. Great hiking opportunities "right outside your doorstep". Fine nature experiences are only a short drive to the spectacular Langfossen, which has a drop of almost 600 meters. Drive on National Tourist Trails to Hardanger can be recommended if you want to explore the beautiful western nature and famous attraction Trolltunga.

Had a wonderful stay at Geir's. We enjoyed the outdoor terrace and the spaces. Nice to have several spacious bedrooms. The cottage is relatively remote and pay attention to this when planning the trip. That mainly from Skanevik if you go by boat. We walked wonderfully in the area and enjoyed the nice weather. We'd love to come back!

Even though we are not fishermen, we felt very welcome! Wifi works well and so we were able to follow the Olympic Games. In the supermarket you can buy everything and you will get a lot of information about the area. People are really friendly and Geir is a great host with nice dog and cute grandson. Glad we were allowed to use the boat to explore the beautiful surroundings. Fortunately, there are no mosquitoes there👌🏾. What we have about bicycles, they have boats! For someone who loves (fish)sen, hiking, beautiful surroundings etc. really recommended! Thanks Geïr!

Tor was a very friendly and welcoming host. He was interested in helping with our genealogy touring and worked to link us with locals. After 10 days with a tour group, we appreciated being in a home where we could spread out and relax. Everything we needed to prepare meals was available. It was great to have a washer to do laundry! We hope to return!

We were five people with two toddlers and wanted to combine the fjord and fjell hiking experience with fishing for the first time in Norway. In Sauda we were centrally located and well suited for this. The place was clean and the living room, as well as the terrace, offered a breathtaking view of the Saudafjord. On the back were the mountains and invited hiking tours. Great that you didn't have to drive for that. Special and liked the well-equipped kitchen and the lovingly stocked games room. The furnishings were stylish and cozy as well as the pictures. There was a grill, a fire bowl, a fireplace and a seating area in front with enough space for 7 people. Overall, we couldn't have had a better place in this price range. There you can also do without a sauna and pool. The drive from the fjord to the mountain takes about 15 minutes by car. Shopping was but very possible in the sleepy town of Sauda. Book here!

Upon our arrival everything was very clean so we were able to enjoy the stay right away. The cottage is exactly as described, overall very comfortably furnished. Unfortunately we were unlucky with the weather, it rained most of the time so we didn't use the great outdoor area. When it didn't rain, we explored the area and did some great hikes in the immediate vicinity. We also liked the fact that the cabin is easily accessible. Overall, we were very satisfied and would like to come back.

We had a lovely bike ride into the cabin. Beautiful surroundings, and cozy cottage in old-fashioned style. Chocolate and coffee were ready on the table and we felt very welcome! Have had a few magical days and would love to stay longer. Here gets a real resting heart rate. If we get the opportunity, we would love to come again!
