Accommodation met our expectations for a pleasant family stay. It has everything you need, the children can have fun in complete freedom in the secure area, and the view of the Vaunage plain is magnificent.

We booked this place for two people for a week. We were very well received, Béatrice is very friendly and knows the surroundings very well for tourist ideas. The space is large for two people, we weren't stepping on each other's toes. It has two air conditioners, making the stay very pleasant during the strong heat. Despite the very close proximity of the owners, we felt in a home just for ourselves, with our independence. Access to the pool was very nice I would recommned this property.

Our best vacation home, everything was perfect. Florence and Patrice are very welcoming and caring, you can tell they want you to feel at home. There is a huge personal investment in the house and outdoors. It's really beautiful, the pool area is exotic and super well done, with even a paddling pool for the little ones which is a real plus. The loft is very clean, the bedding very comfortable. It was great 👍

We had a great time with the family in the villa of Fabrice and his partner, very welcoming and very responsive hosts! Key handover earlier than expected to make the most of the pool and its outdoor kitchen, a delight! Very clean and tastefully decorated accommodation that perfectly matches the description. The amenities as well as the air conditioning were more than appreciated! We recommend it 100%.

We spent the weekend with family and friends and everything was spectacular. It's a pity that the pool was not yet available, but the facilities, the terrace, the parking, everything was to our liking and comfort. We loved the house, very spacious and comfortable. Very simple, clear and responsive contact with Samuel. Very faithful listing. Very well-equipped apartment in a secure residence as well equipped. It's very easy to park the car near the property. We did a very nice little stop there which gave us time to enjoy the slightly cold outdoor pool and the very nice indoor pool. A great plan. Thanks to Samuel and Ingrid.

The house is a 2 min walk to the beach which is very peaceful and not too crowded. The water is quiet, children can swim or paddleboard. The house was perfect for our large family, everything was very clean and modern.

This is the second year we are coming to this house and we were delighted again.

A really enjoyable stay in this particularly warm house. The large covered terrace is really nice, we were able to spend our week outside even on rainy days! The swimming pool with its small beach is excellent, petanque court also, all away from any prying eyes It's a very quiet place and we were able to take many walks in the surrounding vineyards. I recommend it!

This place is very well located, quiet and a short walk to the beach. The house is spacious and well equipped, with a very pleasant outdoor terrace for eating out. We had a lovely stay at Celine's!

We had a great 3 days stay at Philou's place. Very clean accommodation with towels that smell good at home. Very good location. The sea as soon as you leave the accommodation with access to the corniche. 15mn walk from the hyper center of Sète. Excellent communication with Philou, very available. I would definitely recommend this place, which is a great value for money.
