Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Étang de Lacanau

A big thank you to Stéphanie for her kindness, availability and advice when we arrived and in the phone contacts we had beforehand. The house is really very nice, nicely decorated and well arranged, quiet, close to the beach but also to the glaciers of pedestrian streets and especially the superb covered market. We particularly appreciated the possibility of having our meals in three different places depending on the weather, the heat or our desires. We stayed a bit longer than a week in Villa YO, it is a beautiful original house with beautiful furniture. We felt at home immediately. The house has lots of space, on rainy days we could stay inside in the beautiful living room and dining room and on sunny days we had breakfast on the patio that is shaded by a lime. The house has everything you need and the kitchen is well equipped Arcachon is a lovely place with many activities close by. Take the small ferry to Cap Ferret to go surfing or the bike to the Dune du Pila. I recommend staying with Danielle and I would rent Villa YO again for the next trip to Arcachon!

We had a pleasant stay at Elika's. The house is very cozy, it feels good there. Ideally located close to the beaches and all shops. Elika is very accommodating and welcoming.

Spacious accommodation in a very quiet environment, pleasant garden and terrace fully enclosed, house equipped with many books for all ages, owner present if needed but very discreet and respectful. Listing compliant with the accommodation a short hour away from the beaches of Biscarosse in summer and 25 minutes away from the lake!

Beautiful place in a nice quiet area. Valerie was always responsive. Highly recommended unless maybe you have trouble with mobility. There is a thin spiral staircase which is charming but if you struggle climbing steps could be an issue for you.

We are a family of 4 from New York and we had a great holiday at Myriam's house. The house is superb, renovated, furnished with great taste, and there is everything you need in terms of equipment in kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living room (smart tv and canal plus). Beautiful back terrace next to the indoor kitchen with plancha and barbecue. The pool is at the front of the house and is superb. It is heated and there is sofas, table and sun loungers around to rest. The house is quiet and no noise both during the day and during the night. The house is perfectly located in Lege, halfway between Arcachon and Pointe du Cap Ferret, and there is Grand Crohot beach 5 min by car (easy to park) or 10 min by bike (bike path) . Myriam was perfect, super nice, very flexible for Check in and out, and always available to answer questions quickly and give advice . Everything was great!!

We had a great time, the house is extremely nice and Marion is exemplary! We recommend this place without a second thought, and we will be delighted to come back and stay there to enjoy the beautiful garden.

Isabelle is an excellent host, very responsive and friendly in exchanges. The family home is spacious and well-equipped. Bedding is super comfortable 😊 It's a beautiful house that has lived in, it feels good.

We had a great time at Jérôme's place. The apartment is even better than in the photos. It is full of objects and furniture that were probably collected during the host's previous trips, all of which create a real charm in this vast apartment. It is perfect for 4 people, two large bedrooms (one with a gigantic bed). The neighborhood: Chartrons, very central but also quiet. 3-minute walk to restaurants. In short, a favorite, we'll go back!

Very pleasant stay at Michael's apartment. Nice and functional, I felt very good there. On the 1st floor but on one level and safe for the little ones, we were able to comfortably accommodate 2 adults, 3 children and 1 baby. The alcove in the dining room is well thought out for a child to sleep in. Convenient bathroom: shower for adults and bathtub for children. Very well placed for this stay in low season, maybe noisy in high season??? The only downside could be the blocked or unpleasant view from some openings of the apartment but it is offset by the brightness of the apartment and its comfort. A very small detail: shampoo mentioned but absent. Flexible schedules whether on arrival or departure and I really thank Michael!!! A garage was exceptionally available in the yard and was offered to us free of charge. I hope to have the opportunity to go back and I especially thank Corinne who hosted us!

The stay in Cedric's apartment was pleasant. The apartment is well located, easy to get around on foot and reach the center. The area is quiet. The apartment is clean, well equipped and matches the photos shown. Two small clarifications: the ceiling is low, it is an attic, be careful if you are very tall. The bathroom is located inside the bedroom, not separated by any door, there is not much privacy. If you are traveling with more than two people, keep in mind that whoever sleeps on the sofa bed, every time they use the bathroom must enter the room. Overall I would say it was a good stay

Went as a group of 6 to watch the rugby and see Bordeaux for the weekend. Great location, good price and would recommend

We spent a 3 day weekend at Marielle's cute, adorable and tastefully furnished apartment. We loved all the attention to the little details that she's put together for her guests. Marielle's responses to questions are immediate and she's very helpful with suggestions on what to do in and around Bordeux. The apartment is a mere 20 minute very pleasant walk through the suburbs to the city centre. There are two very impressive bakeries around the corner, as well as a supermarket. The carpark is a welcome bonus, but is suitable only for a small car by design. We spent half a day in St. Emilion, and another day exploring the wine route. Thanks to Marielle's well equipped home, we were able to rest and relax in total comfort at the end of our busy days. Thank you so much and we wish you many happy years hosting.

A central apartment, close to everything, very nice and attentive to everything

Quiet stay that did a lot of good to break the daily routine. Atypical and very cocooning accommodation shared with my son. We enjoyed the jacuzzi by following the usage information provided, which is nice when you don't know. A guide to visiting Bordeaux was available, and allowed us to visit 2 neighborhoods we wanted to see. We had the company of a little dog who invited himself during the preparation of the meal. The subdivision is really quiet and peaceful. And the sun brought an extra positive note. Thank you for this beautiful service.

We spent two nights in this pretty villa, in a good location, perfectly equipped and very well thought out. We particularly appreciated the well-stocked library and games… unfortunately the sun did not allow us to enjoy the terrace but it seems really very nice and made us want to come back in summer. A big thank you to Catherine who responded very quickly to any practical questions we had. A wonderful stay!

Ideally located between the picturesque and lively market of Piraillan on the Arcachon Bay side and the ocean beaches in a quiet area, this spacious house offers many assets; a garden, numerous terraces, a petanque court and a swimming pool. Very nice vacation for three families with teens in Caroline's house which is in her image; welcoming, warm and full of charm. Thanks Caroline!
