Vacation rentals with a patio in Estero Island

Second time staying here. They added the sink in the kitchen! The place is complete, clean, well maintained. I recommend it. Thank you!

The location of the condo was perfect, not too close, not too far from "time square" to do some shopping and get a bite to eat. The condo is beautifully done. It is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The king size bed was very comfortable but the couch not so much. The views from the balcony were spectacular and the sunsets were postcard worthy. There was a coin-op laundry area, but we didnt use it. Serge responded immediately to any questions and was flexible with our arrival as our plane landed at 9 am. We did not use the pool, most of time it was a bit too crowded for me but the beach is what i went for, so I didn't mind that. It was also very nice to have the available beach chairs and umbrella, and I say this because people were asking us where we got them from. I would absolutely love to stay there again and even my husband, who is not a fan of the beach, was impressed with the beauty of Fort Myers Beach and location of where we stayed.

Very nice place to stay. Accessible, quiet and clean. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Amazing, definitely coming back

The apartment is connected to the hosts home. There is a designated parking spot and a private entrance. Unit was very clean and updated. 10/10. Only complaint is that there are no windows, so it can get very dark.

We needed a last minute place to stay & this place was amazing! I’ve stayed at a lot of airbnb’s & this was by far the cleanest/nicest. Check in was very easy. It was spotless, stocked with everything you need, plenty of toilet paper, towels, detergent, toiletries, extra blankets. There was beach towels, a cooler & a nice backpack to use. They even had a couple snacks and water bottles for us. The view is amazing, so peaceful & quiet. Even the linen smelled amazing lol. Tiki hut was so cute & the game room. The hosts answered very quickly to one of my requests & were very accommodating. Definitely found my new spot when visiting family. Highly recommend!

This place was perfect. Easily fit 4 adults and 2 young children. Paul and Alicia were very responsive with any questions we had. We had difficulty figuring out the pool area lock, and they were super quick to reach out and talk us through it. The house provided everything you would need - including enough beach chairs for the entire house (which I’ve come to find as rare at an Airbnb). We loved that the house was tucked back in a little neighborhood, nice and quiet - yet easily walkable to public beach access. The main stretch of street is definitely still in the rebuilding process but that is to be expected. Would highly recommend staying here or any of Paul and Alicia’s properties as they are such amazing hosts.

We had an incredible stay - truly one of our best vacations! The home was perfect: beautifully maintained, comfortable, and in a great location. Amy was amazing - responsive, thoughtful, and extremely helpful, especially when our flight was delayed. She went out of her way to accommodate us, which we really appreciated. She also provided fantastic local restaurant recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. We’re already thinking about our return and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Michael’s home. The space is clean, new and modern. The home was easy to find and the lock box was easy to use. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has all things needed to grill or cook in, closets have extra towels, pillows and bedding. There was also a variety of items if you have babies/toddlers. If you plan to take day trips to the beach, there are beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a small cooler. There are also bikes in the garage. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. The pool and outdoor space are so comfy, we loved eating outside and watching NBA and NHL playoffs on the patio TV. Oh, and the TVs all had Xfinity boxes to watch live TV! Also enjoyed having morning coffee on the back patio and taking in the serenity of the canal. I would recommend this home if you are planning a stay in Cape Coral!!

Just what we were looking for for an extended weekend. Our host was great! Would definitely recommend!

Nice clean spot located close to the beach (3 minute walk with little kids). Marina was friendly and accomodating. Good setup, especially for families with kids. We enjoyed our stay and would love to book here again for future Fort Myers trips!

This was by far one of our favorite Airbnb’s. It was perfect for us (and our two dogs). And just as beautiful as the pictures! The Airbnb is very clean and organized. Everything we needed was provided. There were clear instructions written out, but if we had any questions, Loree responded quickly. We mostly hung out at the Airbnb, but walked into town, which was less than a 10 minute walk. We met Loree, who is one of the nicest people we have met. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay throughout our entire stay. Looking forward to going back and renting her Airbnb too!

I can’t rate this place highly enough! Clean and tidy, lovely interior. They really went above and beyond with details and touches. Kitchen is well equipped and even has beach chairs and towels for beach trips which came in handy! Walmart shop just 5mins down the road, has lovely swimming pool and was nice and peaceful. It’s a real gem!

Laurie and her family are so amazing and there are great hosts. Their house is wonderful and everything was clean and felt like home. They have everything you need for a beach vacation. The backyard pool and hot tub were our favorite. My husband and son loved to fish right there in the canal. We spent many nights hanging at the pool and watching TV and grilling out. Very relaxing and a short walk to the beautiful beach and gulf. We can’t wait to return.

The stay was everything that I could have hoped. Very responsive host, clean and comfortable space, and right across from the beach. This staycation felt like home!

We had a great stay at Bruiser and Heidi's place. The view is incredible! All of the little touches were very much appreciated: beach chairs, umbrella, beach bag and cooler, aluminum foil, glass storage containers, paper towels and a welcome bottle of wine and treats. We have stayed in many studio Airbnbs but this was definitely the most spacious with a large bathroom and comfortable bed. Bruiser called ahead of time to see if we wanted to check in early which was very thoughtful. This is a quieter part of Fort Meyers Beach and we used the beach trolley often. Overall 10/10 stay and we would love to come back.

We loved this beautiful condo! It was in a great location with easy access to the beach. The beach was very walkable & had great shelling. It was also close to the lighthouse which we walked to via the beach. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants Wickie’s & Magic Bus ice cream. The in-unit washer & dryer were also a nice amenity. When we had a question, Katlyn responded quickly. We had a wonderful week there & highly recommend it.

I loved this place! It was well kept, clean, beautiful big kitchen, dishwasher, spacious rooms, washer/dryer, spacious clean bathrooms. Had a lot of space outside to hang out, beautiful backyard view of the canal. Super peaceful and quiet area. Walking distance to a great little Mexican restaurant. Host provided great recommendations to beach and restaurants. I look forward to staying there again!

Karley’s place exceeded our expectations. Very peaceful neighborhood. Very friendly people in the neighborhood. The condo had everything that we needed. The lanai was my favorite spot! We even got to fish just a few steps from the door. Very comfortable and super clean condo. We rented e-bikes just a 5 minute walk away. They were great for passing backed up traffic going towards Times Square at the beach. We also rode them all the way back on the shoreline. It was awesome! We would definitely not hesitate to stay there again. Any questions that we had were answered super quick. Great host and co-host! Thanks again Karley and Kelly for letting us stay at your place!

Our week at Loggerhead Cay flew by! Right away we all felt at home. The condo is just as pictured and it was very clean, beautifully done, and so comfortable! We all loved the proximity to the peaceful beach with tons of shells (and easy to get to the beach chairs and other supplies). Caihlin was super helpful with local info and travel tips and went above and beyond as a host with so many details - including a pack n play which sealed the deal for me since that’s so hard to find (my kids were obsessed with the bunk bed and the screened in porch). The showers and soft sheets were soooo relaxing and it was very helpful to have a full kitchen and laundry available. We loved exploring Sanibel and this was a great, comfy home base for our family.

We had a great 3-night stay at Rose's place. The bed and furniture is comfy, and we had everything we needed for a beach weekend. Rose provides beach umbrellas, a wagon, beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, etc. The extra fans in the place were nice too (the AC works well, I just like extra fans). This is a 9th floor studio apartment in the third tower (of 5) from the beach in the Beach and Tennis Club. The screened-in balcony/patio does have a view of the water as well as the road and other buildings, it is a bit of a side-view (not full-on facing the ocean). It is about a 5 minute walk across the parking lot and a road to the public beach access. We were glad for the wagon provided! Doc's Beach House restaurant is right there and we ate there once (it was good). It was nice to find some cold waters in the fridge as well as some shampoo and body wash in the shower when we arrived. The lobby of the building is under construction from hurricane damage but no noise while we were there.

The Turquoise Turtle is beautifully appointed - relaxed coastal vibe and very comfortable. Great amenities - from beach supplies to indoor essentials. We stocked up at Jerry’s Food and the condo was well equipped for cooking. We also enjoyed local restaurants; highly recommend nearby Wickies Lighthouse Restaurant. Recommend you pack light for the walk to the beach…even with the wagon, it is a workout getting across the deep sand path (a boardwalk like the adjacent properties would be a HUGE help). Parking and condo access are convenient, as are the pool and outdoor grilling areas. Kelly Lynn was a super host from early planning to a warm welcome and easy checkout process. She hasn’t missed a thing!
