Kind owner / host. The location is for people who want to be party, be in the nightlife, and don't mind music till late. The balcony is beautiful. The bed is comfortable. The AC was crisp.

Everything was very good, it was my mom's 50th birthday and it was the perfect place to take her and make her feel good, thank you very much. Order, cleanliness, satisfaction with the place, everything was very good

Another fun stay here! You can't ask for a better location in the center of Jacó. This is a very lively area, so if you are a light sleeper, definitely bring earplugs.

The atmosphere of the condominium is healthy, family-friendly, the apartment is just as shown in the photos!! I would definitely go again

This was my second time staying here. Once again it did not disappoint! Check in and check out was so easy. The space is quiet and clean and I felt at home from beginning to end. A definite retreat after long days! I did a full surf camp with Michael at his camp, Tortuga Surf Camp. He arranged all the lessons, apnea workshops, video reviews and jungle runs. He literally took care of everything! Once again thankful for the use of the beach cruiser and restaurant suggestions! I will definitely come back!

The place was great. Absolutely no issues. Positives, you are close to all the bars streets, but far enough away as this location is at the end of a road. Other positives, huge balcony. Access to the pool at the crocs casino. We were willing to stay there again. Jessica and team were very responsive and kind. The place had everything one would need.

Spectacular! This place was amazing for two families to enjoy the beach with separate accomodations. Everything was exactly like the pics, the host was very responsive, and it was an incredible location - just steps from a pristine beach! Super highly recommend! We hope to return soon.

We kicked off our honeymoon in Costa Rica at Axel's place for 4-nights. When we arrived, it was the evening so it was dark out. The following morning we were totally blown away by the beauty of this lovely farm! Gorgeous green trees, flowers, monsteras, & mountains are surrounding you. The view is spectacular (even when it is raining or cloudy). The house has hammocks to relax in, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to make a delicious meal, a very comfy bed, and views to die for! Toucan-spotting over coffee in the morning was a highlight. Axel was not only a great host but a lovely person to chat with! If you are looking for a more remote Costa Rican experience, this is the place for you. Highly recommend and are definitely planning to come back to this wonderful place! Thanks again Axel!!

It's easy to access. We were greeted by Mrs. Yami, who made us feel right at home, and Mr. Steven saw us off, also very kind. Everything is very clean, equipped kitchen, clean and spacious pool. We loved the bar area. There is enough space for the dogs to be loose without fear of them leaving the property, as it is all closed, so it is very safe. All rooms have their own air conditioning and they all work perfectly. Comfortable beds. It was an excellent stay that we plan to repeat.

The location is very nice, in a super quiet area. It is not in the center of Jacó but in 5 minutes by car you reach the beach. The house is very comfortable, just as seen and described in the photos.

Group of 6 guys on a bachelor trip - I was the planned. The stay was wonderful, the services provided were extremely helpful, and there’s tons to do. They always provided very solid recommendations for food and activities, and there are a handful of really nice places to eat that make you feel welcomed. The scenery is beautiful, and the location is very close to all of the “downtown” scene for bars as well as the “more lowkey” scene for a relaxing vacation. The concierge and cleaning services were extremely helpful, and there wasn’t really anything we ever needed that the place did not have. We opted to go out more, but if you were to stay in and cook your meals it has a fully functional kitchen with everything needed. From when we landed to when we departed, they had a solution to everything. Transportation, chef services, excursions, dinner recommendations, sights to see, everything was extremely easy and I would 100% recommend this stay to anyone

We live in CR and the states, so we’ve been to Jaco many times. This house definitely was one of our favorite. Kib was outstanding in every way. The kitchen has everything you need. The condo neighborhood has mini golf, volleyball, gym, tennis courts, soccer field, a huge lap pool, a separate pool with huge social awning and mini cabanas. Jaco is very near, easy by bicycle. There is a pharmacy very near. Automercado is the go to for groceries or Maxi Pali. Grab your groceries on the way to the condo. AirBnB charges $60 cleaning fee. Unfortunately that doesn’t go to the amazing Tico’s who work hard to feed their families. That is not the fault of Kib or the owner. Tip your house cleaners. Thanks for an amazing stay Kib.

Cindy was very friendly and helpful at all times. The house is as shown in the photos and is pet friendly, a benefit for those of us who always travel with our pets. The condominium is very safe and quiet.

Excellent stay. It's a quiet place, with easy access to restaurants and supermarkets. Very close to the beach for enjoying the beautiful sunsets. The host is very attentive, excellent communication is available. The house is very tidy and the kitchen has all the necessary cooking accessories. We were very happy.

It was a perfect place for us considering we were with a baby and a young child. The ground floor access it as handy to move in and out of the pool. The apartment was clean an easy to access

Staying here for a year, the owner and David allowed us to make this place our home. The condo is very roomy for a family of 3. The beautiful beach is about a mile away. Grocery stores are close by and walkable. The condo is up in the hills so the views are wonderful. The amenities here are really nice: pool, patio, grill. Amazing neighbors! There are lots of fruit trees here and beautiful birds. The unit itself is really nice. There are 1st and 2nd floor balconies, 2-1/2 bathrooms, open concept kitchen/dining room/living room. For our family we used 2 bedrooms, but there is a 3rd bedroom on the lower level as well. There is also storage for our bikes in the garage. David is a pleasure to work with. He quickly responded to any issues we had. I must say that living here for a year is much different than a week or 2 stay. As with any home you are going to have some issues - big and small. But having David and owner accessible has allowed our stay to be quite enjoyable.
