O edifício fica situado no lado direito do Rio de Santa Marinha, os carros ficam na margem esquerda, para ir para a casa tem que percorrer uma ponte em madeira, os cerca de 15 metros demorarão algum tempo, pois a cada passo há uma paragem para admirar a beleza da construção e de toda a área envolvente, não é possível descrever, nem as próprias fotos o conseguem, só os seus olhos lhe conseguirão dizer de que está no paraíso.
