Townhome vacation rentals in Estepona

A perfect location, with walking distance to everything. The hosts have kept this home looking like it was just remodeled. No elevator concerned us at first, but the layout was perfect. The surrounding neighborhood was very clean and had a wonderful atmosphere. We'll come back here for sure.

Muchas gracias Eduardo, Gloria (y su compañero), Paco: Estoy en la etapa de prospección de un terreno en zona subtropical. Iba a Genalguacil para visitar un terreno. Genalguacil es un pueblo muy interesante por su compromiso con la cultura y se nota mucho. No solo por las más de 100 obras de arte contemporáneo en las calles del pueblo, pero en la manera de cuidar de las casas, de las plazas. Comenté a Eduardo que iba a visitar un terreno y si por acaso sabía de terrenos a venta. Le mandé una lista de características que busco. Eduardo me puso en contacto con Paco y fuimos a visitar otras dos fincas juntos. Ha sido muy agradable conocer a lugareños y conversar sobre temas diversos tocando al pueblo y la cercanía. Fuimos a visitar el museo de arte contemporáneo con Paco y luego conocer su tienda donde vende su artesanía hecha con madera de olivo, esparto, y otras fibras vegetales. La casa de Eduardo en el centro del pueblo es perfecta para alojarse y sentirse en casa. Genial Genal!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Antonia. L’appartement est très confortable et bien équipé pour faire ses repas. Nous étions à distance de marche du bord de mer ainsi que pour les randonnées en montagne. Nous avons pris la carte de train à 10 euros, ce qui nous a permis d’aller à Malaga et autres comme ont voulait. La station est à 7 min à pied. Il y a un supermarché de l’autre côté de la rue, ce qui était vraiment pratique. L’endroit est vraiment tranquille et c’est ce que nous recherchions. Antonia est très accueillante et toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions. C’est une hôtesse exceptionnelle et nous avons aucune hésitation à recommander cet endroit. Les jardins sont magnifiques !!! La piscine et la zone en herbe entre la piscine et la plage sont superbes aussi Merci à la villa cana !!!

We recently stayed in Irina's villa. First impression was the cleanliness of the property, it was immaculate. The rooms are all very spacious, with three having balconies. The veranda was well furnished with dining table, but also patio set. The communal Pool was lovely and big with sun loungers and shade provided. The bus stop is a two minute walk and the bus ride 10 to The Marina. This suited us as we were close enough to entertainment, yet quiet enough at night. Irina ensured there was groceries for us when we arrived , as it was late. Irina or her daughter were only a call away for any assistance we needed. We had a fantastic time in this villa, and would highly recommend for a family holiday. Correspondence from time of booking to our arrival was smooth and timely.

**Highly recommended.** Fabulous property, superb host. We had everything we needed and more. Dan, our host was charming, super helpful and really attentive. Our toaster broke during the stay and within 24 hours we had a new one arrive. Brilliant customer service. The house is stylish, well equipped, and extremely clean. The beds and linen are very comfortable. Brilliant for families - two pools, one indoor and one outdoor and an air conditioned gym. Great for a sporty family - or just to relax in the sauna. Also super restaurants within walking distance - and an ice cream parlour! Thanks Dan - hope to be back next year.

Sin duda alguna, una de las mejores casas en las que he estado, zona muy tranquila. La casa tenía todas las comodidades que se anunciaban, buenas camas. Y sobre todo muy cerca del centro de Málaga, y bien comunicado todo

Das Reihenhaus in Ronda hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Bei unserer Ankunft war es sehr heiß draußen und wir waren glücklich über das kühle Haus mit zwei schönen Bädern und gemütlichen Betten. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist einmalig schön. Wir hatten auch das Glück ein nächtliches Gewitter bestaunen zu können. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Einzig das öffnen des Schlüsdelkastens war etwas schwierig, weil es sich wohl durch die Hitze ausgedehnt hat. Mit einem Stück Textil und etwas Wasser haben wir es geschafft. Danke Balta für das tolle Erlebnis!

Ann Charlotte er den perfekte vært. Sød, imødekommende, og informativ. Ann Charlotte ydede perfekt service, og var virkelig rar at møde. Hun fortalte lidt (sjov) historie om huset, og gav gode anbefalinger om området. Inden vores ophold skrev vi sammen, og hun responderede med det samme efter at jeg havde skrevet et af mine mange spørgsmål 😄 Min mand skulle videre til Monte Bello da vi andre tog hjem, og sørme om ikke Ann Charlotte kørte ham deop. Laaangt ud over, hvad man kan forvente af værten. Tusind tak for det 👌❤️ Der er ikke sidste gang vi benytter os af hendes rare væsen, og bestiller ferie hos hende.

Het huisje is erg goed onderhouden. Bedlinnen en handdoeken zijn netjes en er is reserve van badhanddoeken. Het huis was zeer proper. Het fijne is dat je hier met je hond kan komen. Er zijn huisregels maar dat is OK en begrijpelijk. Het huisje is goed gelegen. Je bent op een 200 tal meter van het strand verwijderd waar er leuke bars zijn en een rustig strand om met je hond te gaan wandelen. Binnendoor via het strand ben je op een kwartier van estepona dorp waar er ook verschillende resto's en bars te vinden zijn. Er is daar een kleine mercador. Voor ons was het zeker de moeite waard en we hebben een mooie vakantie gehad.

We had a fantastic week’s stay in this beautiful home it was an excellent idyllic hidden gem. Mila is a superb host & we would highly recommend this property. Location & it’s amenities are also very appealing being close to shops, restaurants, local bakery & seafront. The hot-tub & terrace complement this fantastic home with its beautiful views. We all enjoyed the swimming pool which is another big attraction to stay in this beautiful home. We are so looking to book our next stay with Mila. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Mehraban and Julie were ideal hosts from start to finish. The villa was exactly as described and was a lovely place to stay. They were very responsive and so helpful throughout, helping us organise transfers to and from the airport, being very accommodating with an early check in and offering to help us arrange a food shop to be delivered when we arrived. One thing I was concerned about was that the pool was shared but this wasn’t an issue at all. There are two big pools to choose from (one less than a 30 second walk away and one about 2 minutes) and they were both lovely! we had the pool pretty much to ourselves both times we went. Location was also perfect, being 10/20 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go. It was easy to get Ubers from there. We also ordered food through uber eats one night and there was lots of choices which delivered to the villa. Overall we had an amazing stay and I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a place for a group!

Vi har storkost oss og kommer gjerne tilbake ved en senere anledning. Anbefaler bil da det er nødvendig for å komme seg rundt. Rent og pent, stille naboer. Og vennlig rask kommunikasjon.

Great place by the beach, highly recommend for families!

This was our second visit to this beautiful property. It was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and very comfortable. The pool area and gardens are extremely well maintained and it is a very safe environment with gated access. Bente is a great host and always responds to messages and queries quickly. We hope to visit again as we all loved it, especially our grandchildren.

Our stay in Marbella was perfect thanks to our host, who ensured everything was perfect from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in an unbeatable location close to everything we needed (beach, restaurants, shops, and car rental). The rooftop terrace was our favourite part. We wouldn't hesitate to rebook this gem if we return to Marbella!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus von David und im Paraiso sehr genossen. Die Lage ist traumhaft, die Anlage mit Pool am Meer wunderschön und in dem geräumigen und sauberen Haus von David haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. David ist ein sehr netter 1A Vermieter, ist bei allen Anliegen schnell erreichbar und kümmert sich um alles. Er ist sehr fürsorglich, Essen und Trinken standen bei der Anreise bereit. Wir geben gerne und verdient die beste Bewertung.

I’ve stayed at quite a few very nice private villas but this one is the best in many ways. The fit-out has been done with no expense spared. All the fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality. We were 2 families with children aged from 1 yr to 13 yr and they all love the villa - especially the private pool. Whenever we are looking to visit the area again we will definitely plan our trip around the availability of this villa.

We had the perfect house for our holiday in Marbella. With 4 boys, my husband and I had a very nice time in this charming house. Our host was very communicative, very helpful, giving us all kind of tips. He also dropped us to the local rental company and helped us get a car for the week. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The urbanization is clean with a big pool and a wonderful beach right at the door. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for a family of 6. The parking garage slot is under the house. Perfect to unload the car without a problem. Puerto Banus was a 12 minutes ride with car. Nikky Beach 10 minutes. A nice beach club was 5 minutes walk. All in all we really felt home. We could even check out later without any stress. We will definitely come back to this place. Thank you very much Aniello for being the perfect host. We really enjoyed our time in Marbella. Nada and Family.

Check-In was very simple and easy. The Airbnb itself is very modern and clean with all the amenities you need. Communication with the host was always straight forward, they were always happy to help. The location of the AirBnb is perfect. There is a supermarket and pharmacy just under a 5 minute walk away. If you walk another 5 minutes you will find yourself at the beach/ local bars/restaurants. I couldnt recommend this place enough, would 100% stay again.

Beautiful place. Private roof terrace. Absolutely peaceful. Gorgeous things, kitchen had all we needed, very well equipped. Lovely living room with cosy fireplace and comfy sofa. The beds are comfortable. Lots of blankets to keep warm at night. Linda has thought of everything and the neighbours next door are warm, kind and helpful. Highly recommended, we will return. Cortes de la Frontera is a typical pueblo blanco, and being off the tourist trail, it is worthwhile and appreciated to speak at least a little basic Spanish. We loved it in Cortes.

We loved our stay here. The bedrooms are all upstairs, allowing you to enjoy the living areas and kitchen without the bedrooms being on the same floor. The kitchen had everything and we used the grill many times. Parking right in front of the property was very convenient. The location is really hard to beat, because you could be in Puerto Banus in 5 minutes, Old Town Marbella in 10 minutes, and easy access to the highways to go to Estapona or Malaga. It was a great stay for us.

We spent 3 months in the house and felt very good. Very clean and comfortable, nice neighbors and a short walk to the beach. Close to the A7 which takes you anywhere you want on the south coast. All communication with owner and caretaker very clear.
