The apartment is super clean, centrally located, nice, super comfortable, it really was a very good experience

We like to stay active. Having many amazing restaurants in a 500 meter radius is perfect. This is a super friendly neighborhood. The hosts are helpful and nearby, but never invasive. We are impressed with the hosts Uriel and Ivanova. Both of them speak English very well. Even had a chance to meet their kids. If you stay here, we highly recommend venturing another 600 meters up the road on a Saturday or Sunday to enjoy the friendly community that gathers around the pool decks at La Ensenada. You want to talk about your hidden gems?You instantly feel like part of the community. Entry is 100 Cords well spent. And the food and drinks are very reasonably priced. We did not find a bad place to eat in Esteli. And we tested all price ranges. Many amazing places are hidden. You might need to do some walking to spot them, however you can always ask Ivanova for some recommendations.

We loved this stay. The view over Esteli is great. Katya and her sister were extremely nice and helpful! We learned great things from them. We would give 10 stars if this were possible. Thanks for a great stay!!!!!

I stayed with Jorge for the second time and it was "like coming home." I was incredibly happy about the details: Lucia had set up a basket of fruit for me, the house was decorated with beautiful flowers. This time I still had access to a second patio. All the staff and Jorge's family are incredibly warm. David took a lot of time to explain an architectural project on the property to me. The garden on the river is magnificent and very well maintained. In short, it was incredibly difficult for me to leave today. But I'll definitely be back as soon as possible. If you are looking for a beautiful house in the countryside on the outskirts of Esteli, Jorge and his family are the right people. And important... the small café with a shop is also great, where homemade food, teas, herbs and woodwork are sold. There is also a small nursery connected to it, where it has plants on offer.
