Monthly Rentals in Essex County

I was looking for a live/work space, and this place was perfect. I especially appreciated the desk space which made working comfortable (bringing an extention cord helps here), and full kichen which was stocked with all the basic cookware, made making meals easy. Parking was easy to find right at the property, so coming home at night was stress free. On weekends, the 1.9 mi walking loop across the street at the park made it easy to get some exercise, and fresh air. NJT Broad St station is only 20 min, and 2 stops away from Penn Station, if you want to go into the city. It is a little bit of a walk, but a cheap Uber ride. It's true that the stairs are a little steep, but I had no problem moving in and out, and there is great lighting in the hallway, as well as outside that makes it easy to come and go, especially at night. All in all a great place to live and work.

This is the second time we've stayed in one of Betty's spaces. This location is perfect for traveling around the tri-state area, whether you are sightseeing, enjoying the excellent local restaurants, or just visiting with family/friends. The units have all the comforts and amenities to keep you rested, comfortable, and fed. We'll definitely be back the next time we return to the area!

Very clean and cozy, the shower and hot water was great, bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Parking serves a bit of a challenge, but not to hard to find a street spot. Felt pretty safe in the area and would definitely stay again!

The space was beautiful and just as pictured/described in the listing. Hosts were super friendly and helpful. Would recommend
