This house and Niki were both fantastic. Even without the pool in the backyard it would have been perfect for our reunion gathering; with the pool, and the long table for outdoor meals, it was beyond our expectations. Communication with Niki was easy, timely, and super-clear. Fun, even. Our group has no complaints and nothing but praise. If you want your small-to-medium sized group to gather together in the South Orange area, this place is for you!

Angela was phenomenal. She went all out to check up on me and make sure everything I needed was catered for. Her place is beautiful and very organized. I will definitely book her again. I highly recommend her place to anyone. Thanks again, Angela!

This home was perfect for my siblings and their kiddos to meet up for a nice long weekend. Kerry made us feel very welcomed and was super responsive when we had questions. The sunroom was one of my favorite places in the house. The kids enjoyed playing both outdoors and indoors. The neighborhood was quiet and the kitchen was stocked. Just a short drive to the mall and plenty of places to eat. We would gladly stay again.

Easy checkin process. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and let me book last minute which helped out a lot, place is really nice and when visiting again, would def stay here.

This was such a nice space and Lisa was a nice and accommodating host. This place is full character and wonder. Very artistic color energy in this place. We started my daughter’s 18th birthday celebration here with what is her last sleepover with friends. The hot tub, steam room and sauna were the first things and last things used. They enjoyed it so much! Thanks for your hospitality Lisa. If we ever need something like this again. We will be sure to look you up! Blessings

This place is great!! Very clean and spacious. Our family stayed here while visiting New York. Just a short drive away. The apartment is located in a very quiet Neighborhood. Lots of stores and restaurants close by . Overall good experience and the upstairs neighbors were quiet, didn’t even know they were there . Definitely recommend staying here ,and we will definitely be looking the stay again in the future. Host was friendly and quick to respond with any questions.. Very happy with our stay!

I am extremely pleased with my stay at Sue-Ann and Said’s place! They were beyond helpful and pleasant since the second I booked with them. The home was squeaky clean, fresh linens, all the amenities we needed, lots of space, each room was beyond comfortable, comfortable beds, plenty of dishes, easy check in and an overall great and welcoming experience! The host had great communication and made sure me and my family was okay and taken care of our entire stay. I couldn’t have had a better experience and I will recommend this place to anyone looking to book an air bnb .

This has probably been one of the few Airbnbs where we LITERALLY felt right at home 🤍 this place is a total hidden gem-with a clean, fresh and an overall amazingly planned guest space. We found kindly-thought amenities such as granola bars, coffee, water and ice-dispensers, loofas, toothbrushes, even a hair straightener…I mean the list just goes on! On top of that, it wasn’t just the bed and the bathroom spaces, there was a little office, private closet, and the kitchen had everything you could need and much more. The instructions left in the room were super clear and the host personalized them w/my Airbnb name, making me feel like he really looks into the small details and has everything planned ahead of time. The entrance was accessible to us and we felt safe at all times. Last but not least, the location was only 4 minutes for us to take the bus to NYC!! 🗽 We would def love to come back to NYC and obviously this place would be our 1st option! Thanks Garth!! 🫶🏻

My family enjoyed our stay , The host was very responsive and came to fix or address any issues that we had which were minor. I recommend this home for your stay. the home was secure and we felt safe with the security gate and locks.

I enjoyed staying here. I will say if noise is something that bothers you just be prepared ahead of time because there are people who stay on the top floor who can be quite noisy. Other than that, everything went pretty smoothly.

Fantastic stay! Everything was perfectly arranged: a fully stocked spice rack, laundry detergent, makeup wipes — you name it, it was there. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, and the couch is absolutely heavenly! After a long day of walking, it was the perfect place to relax and watch TV. There are a few dining options nearby, but not much else within walking distance. However, this was no problem for us — we used the place as a comfortable base to explore New York. Public transport and Uber prices were higher than we expected. Because of that, we’re not sure if we ended up spending the same as we would have for a hotel in Manhattan. But one thing’s for sure: we definitely wouldn’t have had this level of affordable luxury and space there.

Place was great! Around plenty of food places and not far from NYC. It looks just as listed in great neighborhood with plenty of parking on the street. I will definitely be booking again

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this home. The host was very accommodating and helpful. The home itself was located in a very convenient area only minutes away from family, shopping centers, the venue I held my daughter’s sweet 16, and the airport. It made it very easy for me to organize the preparations for the festivities. The home was also very welcoming with lovely personal touches. I especially loved the spacious wall-in shower, the inviting living room, and the open kitchen area. Speaking of the kitchen…all the cooking and dining utensils were readily available to use which I truly appreciated. I didn’t have to concern myself with running back and forth to the store to grab any basic kitchen items. After being out in the cold for a few days, I began to catch a little cold but there was tea and honey on hand that helped me feel better in no time! There were also more than enough fresh linens available to use at our liberty. You will feel right at home and won’t want to leave

First I want to start off by saying Ashley was the best Airbnb host I have ever had. The pictures matches the description perfectly and the area was very friendly to walk around and felt comfortable walking with my toddler. However what stood out the most and made me want to leave a review was Ashley going above and beyond to help me AFTER we had checked out. My father noticed he left his phone once we had already arrived back home and when I reached out not only was she very helpful but she was quick to respond and was able to not only find the phone at the property but mail it to us . We have received the phone back and my father was so happy it made the trip even better.

My favorite part was how clean it was including the walls. If attention is paid to the walls you can count on everything being clean. The host also tried to save us parking right in front of the house. That was very considerate. The host welcomed us with drinks and chips for the kids which was a very nice touch. We recommend this house.

We came to spend a week exploring NYC with our 2 kids and this was perfect for our family. Very clean, lots of space, and host communicated very well and was very accommodating. It’s a 30 min train ride to the city with a couple of nearby stations, less than 5 min away. American Dream is a fun spot for families, nearby also. The building is secure with passcodes for the front door and into the unit. Street parking is reasonably easy, we didn’t have a problem. We would definitely stay here again!

Another amazing stay! This was my second time staying here, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The place is always spotless, comfortable, and feels like a home away from home. The host goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect - from the thoughtful touches to quick communication. I genuinely appreciate the consistency and care they put into hosting. We had a great stay at Rhoda’s place. We really liked the quiet neighborhood and how convenient it was to Newark Airport, New York City, and our family in NorthJersey. The place was very spacious and allowed everyone (three couples, 1 infant) to have meals together and also to have private space. Lots of room in the kitchen for all of our supplies! It was a very nice stay.

We were a family of 5 and Jai's property was the ideal place for our week long stay. The property is well maintained and we had all the amenities that we needed which was also listed on the property. The kids really enjoyed the house, especially the game room in the attic. We would love to come back

Let me start by saying that Oneeba was the perfect host. She was very detailed in her communications, she responded within a reasonable time for any questions I had. She even refunded me for some washcloths I bought from Walmart. She had 8 already but I had a party of 13 so I just grabbed them on my Walmart run and she refunded me with proof of receipt. Now the house was exactly as described in the listing. Everything is very modern and sleek and up to date and in pristine condition. We basically had 2 apartment units with their own entries and own equal amenities. It was more then enough room for me and the other guest which included 3 adults, 10 kids and 1 newborn. The house was also about 20-25 minutes from The American Dream Mall that has "Nickelodeon Universe" and "Dreamworks Waterpark" which is why we were visiting the area. I would highly recommend this home based off the immaculate host and the immaculate home itself!!! If I ever come back that way, I know where I'm staying!!!
