The cozy two-room apartment has one bedroom and a living room. In the bedroom, there are 2 super comfortable box spring beds, each 2 m x 1.40 m. The well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher is super practical next to the dining area. You can also access the balcony from the living area. You look out into the countryside. The living area is comfortably furnished with two more pull-out recliners (1 m x 2.0 m lying surface with spring core - just like beds!). The washing machine is in the kitchen.

The apartment offers you a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area overlooking the sunny balcony. The cosy living room/bedroom has Smart-TV, WLAN & your own Netflix + Amazon Prime Account! We are also happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair! :)

We offer our apartment in the green south of Essen. It is well connected to public transport (bus and S-Bahn), near the Folkwang University and the basilica. The Essen Trade Fair, the University Hospital and all tourist places in Essen and the surrounding area are within easy reach. Velbert is in the immediate vicinity, Düsseldorf can be reached quickly by car or the S-Bahn. The apartment has a small terrace.

The Isenberg Quarter is located directly on Isenbergplatz in the creative district, Essen in the middle of the Ruhr area. Three stops to the fair! A feel-good home for your stay in Essen. Especially if you are coming to the fair, you will appreciate an uncomplicated procedure and good amenities. The Philharmonie stop (Messe Essen) is a 5-minute walk!
