This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

This home is encased in floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for outside living to be brought inside. Sunlight pours in, brightening every aspect of this space. Sabine and Daniel are great hosts. Communication was always quick and easy. We've received lots of useful information. The apartment was in a super clean condition. The bed is super comfy. There is no shortage of amenities. The balcony is cozy. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We felt very comfortable there. There is plenty of parking in front of the door. The surrounding area is very hilly overall. The beach on site is very quiet and natural and has beautiful waves. Since I myself have slight limitations when walking, the environment was a bit challenging for me. But our guests can't help it. I would not recommend the area to anyone who is not very good on foot.

We felt very comfortable. Quiet location. You hardly heard of the neighbors. in the kitchen everything is available if you want to cook for yourself. The beds were very comfy. Since we are beachgoers, we were glad that the beach was close and easily accessible. In the nearby hotel, Monte del Mar, there is a small spar supermarket and in about 1.5 km, a larger Mercadona. Thank you to Sven for the good communication and of course for your beautiful apartment.

From the first contact, the host was very kind and super helpful, ready to provide useful advice on what to see and do in the area. The house is simply a dream: a large terrace overlooking the sea, perfect for relaxing with an aperitif or enjoying a dinner with a view. The sound of waves that accompanies the night is something magical. The room, although small, is cozy. The house is equipped with all the amenities described in the listing. I'd go back right away, without a second thought!

After a long day windsurfing at Sotavento it was relaxing to recharge in Madi’s place, fab restaurant Marabu 2 mins away, we also enjoyed a visit to Morro Jablo and got essential food supplies at local Mercadona.

We had a very enjoyable 11 nights stay at Grazyna’s house, which is very comfortably furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Communication with Grazyna, Adam & Alisa was excellent, with good suggestions & answers to our queries. We did however have no working WiFi during our stay. But given the good 4G signal & other features of the house, I have no hesitation in giving it a 5* review.

A large community pool features bright blue water, surrounded by several lounge chairs. The pool area is bordered by palm trees and a well-kept landscape. A view of nearby buildings is visible in the background, providing a sense of the tranquil environment.
