An ideal place, a nice house with space, to have a holiday with a family with larger children: something for everyone! By train you are easily in lively Porto, always a Bolt driver nearby to take you to nice places such as the beach on the Douro (Arnelas) or the somewhat more adventurous places like the Arouca Bridge, as well as enjoy beautiful sunsets, delicious coffees and waves brave just 1 dune away. Memorable stay at Rui's! Flexible check-in and check-out with key box. Townhouse 2 steps from the beach, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Cozy and well-decorated interior with large comfortable rooms. Excellent amenities, nothing was missing. And the icing on the cake: the small terrace of the room with its view of the beach and the ocean! With the added bonus of a very friendly host, we can't wait to go back!

We are absolutely impressed with the warmth and hospitality of Jorge and Susana! We stayed for 2 weeks and felt completely comfortable! It was spotlessly clean and cozy furnished and lovingly decorated. The bed was so comfy! Jorge and Susana were always available and even left us a few treats on arrival and during the stay. It was also great that we had a separate in the courtyard completely to ourselves. For our two dogs totally great, as they could lie in the sun all day when we were working without having to be afraid that they could run away. In 5 minutes you can walk directly to the huge sandy beach. It was fantastic and we also quickly took the neighbors to heart. Sincere thanks for the great time! We will be back!

Antoine's apartment is very clean, spacious and has everything it needs. I rented it for 4 nights and there was nothing missing. The apartment is close to the bus and metro stops and is a good starting point in all directions. Diana was a great help with my arrival and also with her suggestions. Highly recommended apartment!

The house is located by the sea (the beach is less than a 5-minute walk away) and overlooks a garden. We had a lovely stay there and were able to easily visit the surroundings (Gaia, Aveiro, Porto). Special mention for Hugo who is very available and provides good advice.

Nice little place in an ideal spot if you’re just looking for somewhere to relax. The terrace over looking the ocean is great, and you can walk for miles along the coast line on the walk way. Exactly what I wanted.

Wonderful few days, apartment very well equipped, Clean and comfortable. 5 minute walk to beautiful sandy beach. 15 minute drive to Porto, something for everyone in Porto, we enjoyed staying in a quieter location and driving in to the city. We will definitely book again. Host very helpful and flexible with booking in and out times.

Spacious apartment, pretty, in a quiet residence, by the sea, with swimming pools, sauna, gym. the apartment is well equipped, clean , with a balcony with pool and sea view! in October it's very quiet. lots of things to see around ovar and 40 min from port. to improve: mattresses that lack comfort in our opinion (the one in the master suite is very uncomfortable ) , the bedding is very clean however like the rest of the apartment! had a great time with the family Thanks

Great stay, good location and as described. Amazing support after our stay. We forgot a tablet in the appartment and they were amazing helping us out to have it ship to our home. Very efficient and supportive.

We have never experienced such a well-maintained, clean and well-equipped apartment. It corresponds 100% to the photos. There is a large underground parking lot. The landlord Manuel took care of things proactively and asked several times if everything was okay. The location is right on the main beach of Esmoriz, separated only by the waterfront road. However, it should be noted that at the end of August, a fair takes place right in front of the house with corresponding volume in the afternoon and evening.

We had such a lovely stay and the property exceeded our expectations. In our view, the property is even better than the photos showed. The property had everything we needed. We had great fun on the paddle boards Susana provided. It is worth noting that the public beach (400m away) does get noisy with some loud music, but we still had a wonderful time. Susana was great and very helpful and always responded promptly. Thank you Susana!!

Wow I really enjoyed the stay. The place is impeccably styled and is very conveniently located. The host is awesome and we were fed a daily supply of crazy amount of bread and pastries. What is not immediately clear from the photos is that the place is in a vicinity of a big port, but that is actually a very interesting view to see so we're more than enjoyed the stay and would totally come back again.

A beautiful Villa with a nice pool and barbecue outside we all love it we are definitely coming back again. Highly recommended.

We were greeted by Alex. He was very friendly and informative. Walked us thru the apartment and explained everything. There was a large bowl of fresh organic fruit,a decanter of fine Ruby Port & delicious Melba toast wafers with a jar of jam. Very nice welcoming!! The apartment is squeaky clean,with on site parking. The area is beautiful- steps from the ocean and many beaches & retaurants. An easy drive to historic Gaia. Overall a wonderful stay.

Very lovely flat with nice ocean view. The hosts are welcoming and the communication is on point. We'll gladly come back when we visit north Portugal again.

Our party of seven adults and two small children had a fabulous stay at Rui’s property. The location was perfect. There was a gorgeous beach very close to the house. The very good restaurants and shops nearby meant that we had the flexibility to access all that we needed without a car. The station nearby enabled us to travel easily to Porto. Ubers were cheap which gave us another option when there were train strikes. The house was very well equipped and individual bathrooms made it easier with a large group. Hot water was plentiful. A couple of the bathrooms smelt a bit damp at times but this was not too much of a problem. Rui was the perfect host, extremely helpful and quick to answer all our questions. The guidebook gave us great information. We were very impressed with the recommended restaurants. We would definitely recommend.

My family had a really good stay in Pedro’s apartment. Pedro was super responsive and always available to help. Great stay!

Best weekend! The house is simply beautiful and the hosts were amazing and very nice. Everything was prepared for a large group and honestly none of us wanted to leave. Very good vibes, cant wait to go back!
