everything was perfect, and pretty much as on the pictures, and described. very complete house. christelle was always responsive and helpful, and Silvia who is available in Bordeira for any issues/ questions, was the best - and we were always happy when we ran into her. there is an awesome local cafe nearby with good food, drinks and the most welcoming people we have met in a while. in the end we extended our stay a bit :) the location is top. it is quiet but many hot spots are easy to access (Lagos, Sagres, Aljezur, Alentejo, monchique..)... an incredible amount of beaches are close by. from the house you can access many trekking paths, and beautiful viewing points are right around. highly recommend a stay!

We were able to extend one night (uncomplicated) because the tranquility, nature, and atmosphere made us feel so comfortable. Great place to relax and get away from everyday life. By car you can reach magical beaches within a short time, you can walk the Fisherman's Trail. Nature is simply impressive at this time of year. Overall, a place we'd love to return to.

Dora and Enezio have been absolutely wonderful hosts. When we checked out, it genuinely felt like we were leaving home. The place, the hosts—everything was so warm and welcoming. We couldn't be more grateful. Dora kept us in the loop with regular surf updates, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is lovely—just a couple of minutes to the local market for fresh fruit and veg, with a butcher around the corner and fresh fish in the market. It’s also perfectly connected for hikes, running and cycling. We spent two months here and truly felt at home. The warm energy from Dora and Enezio was so genuine and heartwarming. We already know this won’t be our last visit—we’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much for everything!
