Located in the Haute Vallée de l’Aude, nestled on the hills of Espéraza, with exceptional views across the region’s stunning scenery, this house is perfect for holidays with family or friends. Whether you are looking for quiet or a base for the exciting activities on offer nearby, this is the place for you. The centre of the village is a 10 minute walk away, with its famous Sunday market.

Enjoy a stylish experience in our beautifully renovated apartment, located in the heart of historical Limoux. Immerse yourself in the rich history of the region while enjoying modern luxury. Taste, luxury and quality throughout. Including a new bathroom with luxury suite, a new kitchen, all topped off with a large open plan living room and kitchen/dining area. During warmer weather (or by prior request), a mobile air conditioner will be provided in the bedroom to ensure a comfortable stay.

Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

Salamander Chalet

Enjoy the peace, the view and the comfort of this stylish chalet. Very suitable as a romantic getaway or relaxing in nature with your family. We are at 650 meters altitude, in a hot summer it is always a little cooler than in the valley and with a breeze, very pleasant. At night, the lake cools down and it's a good night's sleep. We don't need air conditioning. Dogs are welcome, €15 per stay. For the winter, there is a wood-burning stove. We provide a wheelbarrow with firewood for €15.
