We loved our stay, the guesthouse was very comfortable, grounds were absolutely stunning, and staff very friendly. The surrounding area is beautiful and we would recommend our friends go.

We had a family vacation at Jesse's beautiful farmhouse situated among the vineyards with breathtaking views and lovely yard and pool. It was a great home base for us as we explored the beautiful Duoro Valley and would recommend to anyone looking for a Portugal get-away!

This dreamy stay at the quinta is the perfect place for a quiet and relaxing few days. I recommend doing the wine tasting with them and to take a stroll through the vineyard. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, you feel right at home and they were so nice to provide some breakfast with fresh bread. Would very much recommend!

This house is an oasis within the Serra da Estrela. It's impressive how the house is well inserted next to the mate and the waterfall. Everything was clean and Alexandrina gave us all the necessary support at all times we requested. Thank you for everything and know that I will be back soon! ✌🏻🥳

Due to a breakdown in the car I could not enjoy the stay, but the communication was excellent.

Nestled in wine territory, with a 5 minute drive up winding roads to the top of the hillside in Folgosa, the home gave spectacular views of the Douro Valley! Mimi recommended restauants, wineries and other areas of interest which we found extremely helpful. All the recommendations were exactly as she described and all were fabulous. We enjoyed the fact that home's location was within 20 -30 minute of Lamego, Peso da Regua & Pinhao which allowed us day trips. Then back to the lanai for sitting by the pool, watching sunsets and drinking wine!

We highly recommend this listing! The little house is wonderful – comfortable, cozy and hot. There is nothing to point out, only the highest ratings. We stayed in the family, two adults and two children, and everything was thought of to provide maximum comfort. The hosts left coffee, tea, and sugar, a very useful little detail, as the village is small and it wasn't easy to find a coffee first thing in the morning. In addition, they even left a box of biscuits, if we hadn't brought anything for breakfast. A gesture demonstrating attention and hospitality! The space is impeccable – comfortable beds, clean bedding as new, soft towels and a great shower. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the castle, allowing tours without the need to cross the village. We traveled a lot and this was undoubtedly one of the best stays. The affection and care in every detail is noted. Cleaning is irreproachable. Thank you so much for the hosts! Recommended with a maximum rating
