Dear guests! My house is located in the center of the city, on the university street; 5 minutes to Anadolu University, 5 minutes to the Espark shopping center, 10 minutes to the train station and 1 minute to the university street where the restaurants are located, and the bar street and the bar street and the Adalar along the water. The tram and bus stops are a 3-minute walk from the house. It has all the stuff you may need in a house. Feel free to choose us if you want to stay in the lively city center in a friendly,safe and clean house =)

Our listing is new. The entire 1+1 house is yours. Espark is 2 minutes, University street is 2 minutes, Bar street is 5 minutes walking distance. There is YouTube Netflix in the project. The building is a family apartment and there should be no loud noise at night. 4 people can easily stay. There are kitchen utensils. Host is very responsive and helpful. Check-in is very easy. Location is great, it is at the heart of Odunpazari. You can park your car on the street in front of the house. From the house, you can walk to gift stores and restaurants. Even though it is in a central location, it is located on a quite street. We stayed on the downstairs as 4 guest and our dog. The garden is quite big and bedrooms are sufficient. House is clean and comfortable. Kitchen is quite usefull a lot of tools are available. Overall, it was a great experience. I higly recommend.
