We stayed with 7 friends this weekend. The interior of the house was extremely well-maintained, very nicely decorated, quite comfortable, and had everything we needed. Although it was very cold outside, the house was quite good to warm up. The beds, bathroom, everything was spotless. Mr. Erdem is a very caring host, we reached him right away every time we called. She's very helpful and welcoming. The home is amazing in terms of location. If I go to Eskisehir again, I would definitely stay in this house again.

Having stayed at multiple Airbnbs across many countries, I can confidently say that Mr. Abdil was one of a kind. He is extremely passionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely wants his guests to have a great time. His home is licensed by the Government and was absolutely perfect for us, offering all the amenities one would expect — a fully functional kitchen, microwave, washing machine and dryer, heaters in every room, and a TV with Netflix and PlayStation ! Clean beddings and bath towels were provided, and the property had secure access with controls which was a peace of mind considering travelling with family. The location was ideal, within walking distance to all parts of town. Honestly, we had no issues at all. Highly recommended!

I, along with my family, stayed at the property for 1 night while driving from Antalya to Istanbul. The mansion is stunning that turns the clock centuries back. Seker has maintained the property really well with a lot of antique items on display. We were embraced by a great hospitality by the host with sumptuous traditional breakfast. My whole family loved the place and we look forward to visit again in the future.

The location was central, communication accessibility was very nice. We just had a little trouble with the heating in the hotel in general, except for that, everything was fine.

I really enjoyed my stay. We had a lot of extra wishes and expectations (good wifi, calm rooms, late check-out) which were all met. The apartment is modern, clean, and cozy. Everything you need is either inside, or can be borrowed for free from the reception. Berkan and his team were very responsive. Value for money is excellent!
