Cottage vacation rentals in Escoutoux

Perfectly renovated, very pleasant and cozy house in which we had a great weekend with the family. We were able to enjoy the many facilities available: fireplace, Norwegian bath, petanque court... The setting is beautiful, sheltered from any disturbance, with a large terrace to enjoy the magnificent view of the surrounding mountains (with the chain of volcanoes in the background). A very nice place!

Excellent stay in a relaxing and peaceful setting, what we were looking for. Accommodation fully matches the listing, the jacuzzi is a real plus. Small downside on the additional cleaning fee. Thierry is enthusiastic, delighted to provide these recommendations and tips on local activities and businesses.

Accommodation immersed in nature with lots of charm and very well equipped. We feel the attention to detail from Jean-Paul and Sophie, who are also very welcoming. The hot tub is a real plus for relaxing after a day of hiking. It was a good stay.

If you're looking to disconnect, rest in a beautiful setting this is the place for you!

Julien hosted us very warmly and remembered all our requests (crib + raclette grill). The accommodation as well as the exterior are perfectly maintained. The animals and the large grounds are perfect for children (games for children: slide and swing) and for older children (bocce ball court and ping-pong table). In short, I highly recommend it!

From the moment we considered staying we had great communication with Gabrielle. So helpful and happy to go out of her way for us. The place is beautiful with lovely surroundings, good amenities and lots for our family to do. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Manoir Delarue

Beautiful restaurant for this very pleasant house to live in, quiet and close to tourist places. A lot of kindness from the owner. Special mention for the mezzanine net that allows young and old alike a very nice rest while enjoying the warmth of the stove in the living room. We highly recommend it!

We had a great weekend in the house, there is nothing to say everything is good, the park and beautiful a haven of peace.

Pierre and Morgane were very responsive and available hosts, very welcoming, flexible and friendly. Their house is very pleasant to live in, it is cool in the summer despite the heat outside. The decor is chosen tastefully chosen. The bedding is of good quality. The house is welcoming even for young children. The exterior is very pleasant too. We had to feed the cats that live on site and are adorable (even if they did not dare to come home because of our dog). The environment is quiet and the gour de Tazennat is very close! In short, great value for the money. Note: no phone network (Bouygues) but very good wifi connection on site. Thanks again for a great stay!

Andre's place is a little gem. Away from the crowds but within walking distance from the city centre along the riverside. It's got everything you need for a relaxing stay. Communication with Andre was easy and efficient and he was very accommodating with our last minute request.

Very friendly, accessible and friendly host. Beautiful cottage with all the comforts you need. Beautiful clean and tastefully renovated rooms. There is a very nice outside with sheltered terrace and a beautiful garden, ideal for a barbecue. There is a nearby road but not at all inconvenient as there is very low traffic. I would highly recommend it.

Typical cottage, with a wooden point of contact with care and wardrobe. Quiet in a vintage hamlet. A grocery bakery about 3 km away.

A very nice place for our Auvergne vacation. Our hosts were very pleasant and gave us good advice for our walks! A very relaxing place with our private terrace. No complaints, it was perfect.

Perfect place for my stay. Hosts were really welcoming and hospitable. Everything was as pictured and as described. They were responsive to my requests and kind throughout. Bed was very comfortable and I slept peacefully.

Absolutely recommended. We were able to enjoy this large house, the beautifully maintained and spacious garden with terrace, and of course the private swimming pool. All necessities are available for a wonderful stay for 4 children, 4 parents. The bathroom upstairs is luxurious, with a lovely shower and bathtub. However, the (for us extra) room with bathroom downstairs, next to the garage, is a bit stuffy and - for that reason - we did not use it. Really friendly and helpful owners. Our compliments, we would love to come back.
