Car ride accessible. In winter, groomed trail in good snow conditions within walking distance. The Zugspitzbahn in Grainau is a 30-minute drive away.

Very quiet, cozy and stylish apartment by the stream. Old building with wooden and stone floors. New bathroom and new kitchen. A mixture of old and new decorated with a lot of art and culture.
