Welcome to the heart of the Allgäu. Our quietly located first floor apartment for 1-2 people is located on the outskirts of Wiggensbach, with fantastic views of the Alps. The approx. 70 sqm newly furnished apartment offers business travelers & couples in particular distance from everyday life & the necessary pinch of relaxation. In our Hotel Allgäuherz, 1.4 km away, apartment guests can dine in the à la carte restaurant, as well as enjoy our rich breakfast buffet (€10 per person) & the hotel sauna.

Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

Sawmill Eschachthal, Eschach

The house was originally an oil mill, later a sawmill before it sank into a slumber for the last few decades. In 2018, the core renovation and conversion to a residential building took place. Fortunately, the character of the old sawmill was preserved, especially by the refurbished exposed beams. The house is located at an altitude of 900 m, so the climate is a bit rougher, but still very sunny in summer. The location on the Eschach is special, which invites you to swim in the summer.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Romantic hunting lodge in a secluded location for max. 17 people

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

Vacation home idyllically located

Welcome to our beautiful, modern and stylishly furnished, secluded apartment in the Allgäu. This includes one bathroom with shower and a living/dining area with separate bedroom with large double bed. An additional two people can stay on the comfortable sofa. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook. Underfloor heating throughout. Creek rushing and cowbells ring. Private terrace and garden are in progress but not ready at the moment

Attic studio

Our simple but functionally furnished attic studio is located in Isny, a lovely small town in the Allgäu. It offers enough space for two adults. The two regional airports Friedrichshafen am Bodensee and Memmingen are about 30 kilometers away. The house is located 5 minutes from the city center of Isny. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk. A small ski lift for beginners is in approx. 5 minutes.

The Franz 2

We would like to welcome you to the new *das Franz*. The new apartments were furnished with a lot of love for detail. Our carpenter Franz has refurbished the old beams of the original farmhouse and, in combination with modern oak wood, has crafted many custom-made pieces of furniture. The stylish, modern furnishings, with lots of real wood and pleasant earth tones, ensure a feel-good atmosphere.

Allgäu mountain love

The spacious, brand new apartment with wonderful views from the Zugspitze to Switzerland is lovingly furnished in the Allgäu style. It is located on the 2nd floor with large balcony in a 3-family house. The beautiful garden can be a unique experience for cozy barbecue evenings with wonderful sunset moments. Feel at home surrounded by cows and beautiful nature with fantastic mountain views.
