Our experience was wonderful. The terrace house was very comfortable and well appointed. Peter was super responsive and flexible as a host. Although we chose the location to primarily be close to family in Redfern, we found it to also be wonderfully close to transit, and great local coffee shops, cafes and bakeries.

Our family of four had a fantastic stay at Michael’s house. The location was new to us but had lots of great shopping and eating options and being close to Redfern station made getting into the city a breeze. The house itself is super cute and beautifully presented. A lot of thought has gone into making sure you have everything you’d ever need for a short or long stay, even including a bottle of wine and a packet of tim tams in the fridge. We appreciated Michael meeting us at the house when we arrived to show us around and were especially grateful for his flexibility around check in/out times to fit around our flights. Definitely one of the best all round air bnbs we’ve stayed in.

We had such a wonderful time! It was the perfect spot for our wee family to explore Sydney - close to transport networks, stocked with everything we needed, heaps of character and Alexis was always incredibly friendly to deal with. Would definitely stay again when back in Sydney!

We were very comfortable in Melinda’s house. All was as described and more. Everything needed to self-cater was there, and Melinda had left supplies and treats to ensure we were able to move in and immediately feel at home. We found the house to be modern, well appointed, secure, spotlessly clean and with very comfortable bedding. We loved the proximity to great cafes, pubs, supermarkets and the train station, and yet the area was peaceful and quiet. The area is very walkable, so we didn’t need our car. Finding suitable nearby parking for the duration of our stay was simple. Melinda provided clear and timely advice on location/access, and was responsive and clear in communication during our stay. It was clear that Melinda takes care to ensure guests are happy and comfortable. Thank you Melinda, you are a terrific host.

Suzanna's place was situated in a quiet tree lined street. It is a short walk from parks, cafes and restaurants. The house had plenty of living room and good sized bedrooms and bathroom. Communication with the host was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing spot for access to both USyd but short walk to Redfern station and thereafter access to all of the central sites. Highly recommended for a great comfortable and convenient stay

We booked Jenny's place back in January when we were planning our 5-week stay in Australia. We booked this Airbnb based on reviews, and the post on the website, but knew little to nothing about the location, and where it was in relation to the city. We more than lucked out as the apartment more than lived up to expectations, as did the location - close enough to the bustling King St, with bars and restaurants aplenty, close enough to local transport links to get you wherever we needed, but also really quietly placed near Hollis Park. As a host Jenny was brilliant from day one, communicating throughout and responsive to our needs, if we had an issue, not that we had many because she was so well organised from the start. We've done quite a few Airbnb's now and this ranks very close to the top of the tree, because it mixes great hosting with a great property and a great location. Thank you Jenny for a great thirteen days!

I had a fantastic stay at this place! It was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and the apartment had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area.

Overall, great location, which felt safe, nice apartment, everything I needed, Chinda was prompt with responses to my queries. One issue: it wasn't clear that the apartment was at the top of a staircase. This would be good to know. The stair case is open to the air, but covered. It was raining when I was there and this could have caused a slipperiness problem (but didn't, for me). Just a general note, especially for people with mobility issues.

This was a fantastic place for our 3 month's stay in Sydney. The apartment is beautifully decorated and maintained, with excellent kitchen and other appliances. Lovely hot bath and showers and comfy beds. The back patio was very relaxing after a busy day sightseeing. Access to the indoor pool and jacuzzi was an added bonus. The location was perfect: supermarkets just down the street, lots of local cafes and restaurants, and excellent public transit everywhere, from Sydney CBD to Bondi and Coogee beaches. Easy walk (or jog) to Moore Park, short bus ride or pleasant stroll to Surry Hills. Bec was a great host and a delight to work with. We really hope we can come back soon!

Lovely light filled loft above a garage that gives you a great private and well located place. Bus to City a short walk - end of laneway 5 mins. Local area is gorgeous - walked a different way to Newtown every day and blown away by the area - gorgeous architecture, loads of parks, quirky homes and great F&B options tucked away - check out Australia Street. Place itself is immaculate, quiet and has been thoughtfully put together to provide for a really comfortable stay - filled with thoughtful and generous touches.

My husband loved his stay at Thais's place. The space is beautiful and airy, with thoughtful touches like proper kitchen knives, good reading lamps and the location was superb. Thais was also a responsive, friendly and thoughtful host. Highly recommend this spot!

Quite a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend for solo travellers or couple.

Great central place in Marrickville. We were able to walk to local restaurants and also walked to the FactoryTheatre where we had tickets for a show. The apartment entryway was a little difficult to find as there were so many cars parked in the lane way but once we found it check in was really easy. Free parking in a carpark nearby was convenient too. Bed was super comfortable, the shower was great and the place was well equipped. The balcony was a great place to have lunch and a coffee. I would stay here again.

Brendan and Max's apartment worked well for us for a short stay in Sydney on our first visit to Australia. The apartment had everything that we needed and was comfortable as a base for exploring the city. It was about halfway between the airport and city center, but only a ten-minute walk to a train station that gave us an entrance to the extensive Sydney transportation network. We were able to get anywhere we wanted easily. We didn't do any cooking while we were there, but there was plenty of equipment and supplies if we wanted to do some. We had a good stay.

Strongly recommend for the stay in Sydney, especially if you are beach lover! Location super convenient to the congee and great amenities within short distance. Although we did not get a chance to nice Penny, from the conversation with her, I can feel she is a sincere host and help you along the way even before arrival. Her place is spotlessly clean and comfortable to stay.

I've rented Brendan's apartment a few times the past few years. It's in a great location, a Central station entrance is right next door, and plenty of local eateries nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean as always and has everything you need for a long stay (washer, dryer, ironing board, reliable Internet, tv connections). Highly recommended!

This little apartment is in a perfect location to walk all things Double Bay. It is neat, tidy & very very comfortable.

Di’s place was everything I was looking for during my 5 night stay. It was nice that it came pre-stocked with some basics (coffee pods, tea bags and instant oatmeal) if you arrived without groceries (like me). It also comes with any necessary cleaning supplies for longer stays (dish detergent, clothes detergent , bathroom etc.). I felt safe in the building. A key fob is required to enter building and access your specific floor. Motion sensor lighting greets you upon exiting the elevator. Location was perfect, 1.5 blocks from Museum train station (direct trains to airport) and multiple bus lines. Nearby Hyde park was lovely to walk through and the Hyde Park Barracks at the opposite end is a must see museum to learn about the settlement of Sydney. Easy to walk to Chinatown and the Paddy Market (great for souvenirs) as well as the botanical gardens, the Opera House or Darling Harbor and the Maritime Museum. Coles (open until midnight) and an IGA are within 2-3 blocks.

Great compact apartment in Potts Point, in a very central area. Close to shops, cafes, public transport and restaurants. Immaculately clean and comfortable. Everything’s was as displayed in the listing.

Great location at a reasonable price. Very clean and host is flexible. Able to store luggages and also able to check in early / check out late.
