Location, location, location. This studio is situated in the heart of buzzy Newtown. You can practically smell the coffee from the cafes on busy King Street and yet the studio is quiet and peaceful. Located right across the road from a popular park where there is alway something happening, dog walking, musicians plays their instruments etc. you can even do a tai chi class. The railway station is a short walk away - you can be in the CBD in 3 stops. Sydney Uni & RPA Hospital are also very close.

This is very nice two floors apartments with spacious living room downstairs and two bedrooms on the second floor. Apartments are very well decorated and have everything needed for the stay. Location is very good: in a quiet residential area with just a couple mins walk to the train station, restaurants and grocery shops are whining walking distance as well. Private parking on-site is a big plus.

We stayed at Krystina's place during Christmas and New Year's Eve, and it was a wonderful experience. The house is spacious, bright, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Krystina provided us with detailed instructions that made it easy to get familiar with all the facilities. We also loved the location—it’s very close to King Street, where we enjoyed dinner many nights. There’s a Woolworths metro nearby, and the train station is just a short walk away, making it super convenient to get around. We would definitely recommend Krystina's place to anyone visiting Sydney!

Brendan and Max's apartment worked well for us for a short stay in Sydney on our first visit to Australia. The apartment had everything that we needed and was comfortable as a base for exploring the city. It was about halfway between the airport and city center, but only a ten-minute walk to a train station that gave us an entrance to the extensive Sydney transportation network. We were able to get anywhere we wanted easily. We didn't do any cooking while we were there, but there was plenty of equipment and supplies if we wanted to do some. We had a good stay.

This is a spectacular place to stay, and the host was wonderful. Chris went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and that I was happy during my 4 month stay. The apartment is close to transportation, the University of Sydney, all types of restaurants, and a hospital. There was nothing I could not get to easily and safely. I would stay here again, and I think anyone would be very happy with this accommodation. I highly recommend it.

Great stay. Close to everything and on a really quiet street. Had everything you needed for a city stay with great parking. Short walk to King Street and 8minute walk to the train station. Really comfy bed. Good water pressure in the shower. Would stay agin:)
