Relax in this unique little quiet apartment, in the center of Fredericia, which is located in a closed courtyard. It is within walking distance of, for example, cafés, a theater, the beach, and shopping. The apartment has on the ground floor kitchen/family room as well as a toilet & bathroom. On the 1st floor there is a double bed, TV, Chromecast and bed linen and free wifi, but not ideal for people with walking difficulties. Dogs allowed. Smoking outdoors. Complimentary coffee/tea, sugar, powdered milk, etc. End a lovely day at the café table with a cup of coffee or something else.

The location is in the center of the city with a 5-minute walk to the beach, harbor environment, pedestrian streets, eateries and shopping. The TV is with the DR app and Chromecast. Free parking right outside the door. The apartment is at the bottom of a 220 m2 lovely villa, which is located with 180 degrees of water views over the Little Belt

Beach cottage, unique location

Unique and charming beach cottage on the waterfront overlooking Gamborg Fjord, Fønsskov and Lillebælt. Undisturbed location on a south-facing slope with a large enclosed wooden terrace, private beach and bridge. Possibility of fishing, swimming and hiking in nature. Located 5 km from Middelfart and the Funen highway. The beach cottage was newly renovated in 2022 with a simple and functional decor. The style is bright and maritime, and although the cottage is small, there is plenty of room for 2 people and possibly also a small dog.

Lovely annex, beautifully located on a rural property. Garden and field view. Private bathroom. Bed linen/towels are included. TV with chromecast. Necessary service is available as well as microwave and fridge. On the property's 6 ha, occasionally horses go, the neighboring property is one of Denmark's largest vineyards. There are opportunities for lovely walks in the area. It is about 12 km to Kolding and Fredericia . Shopping approx. 6 km away; approx. 35 km to Legoland. There is no public transportation to our location.

Relax on one of the house's terraces or the balcony with a unique panoramic view of Kattegat. The house invites you to enjoy, walk along the beach, relax in the sauna, hot tub or in front of the fireplace with a good book or a glass of wine. Both summer and winter, the sea is inviting to swim in, with only 250 meters to the water's edge. The beach park offers many different outdoor activities and is centrally located on Funen. With shorter driving trips, exciting attractions can be reached on both Funen and Jutland.
