Our new studio is located on the ground floor of a former mountain farm, nestled between Heuberg and Kranzhorn in a secluded location, at almost 800 meters. A separate entrance leads to the combined living/sleeping area. Despite the exposed location, you can reach the highway and Brannenburg with many shopping opportunities in 15 minutes. Lake Chiemsee is 25 km away, while Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck can be reached within an hour. Even day trips to South Tyrol are no problem.

During your vacation, take a few steps slower than in everyday life and immerse yourself in life in the mountains in unspoiled nature. In winter, the slope passes in front of the house, and the lift goes up behind the house. In summer, we are a little hidden and can be reached via a short gravel road. The parking area is right in front of the house.
