Generous and light flat with own patio just outside of Berlin: 3km to Müggelsee, 21km to Alexanderplatz, 6km to Berliner Ring (dual carriageway into the city). If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.

The 112 sqm 3-room ground floor apartment is located directly on Lake Dämeritz in a small, very quiet residential complex, with a great view of the sunsets and the Berlin shore, which you can enjoy from the very large, partly green terrace. From the house entrance, steps lead to the lake with jetty and swimming ladder. The apartment is ideal for guests who want to experience Berlin, but also want to relax and enjoy the lake view The Regio [regional train] runs 25 minutes to the city center.

We rent a spacious, simply equipped apartment with two large rooms, kitchen, bathroom and balcony in the attic of an old house on the banks of the Spree near Berlin. A large, partly wild garden including two swimming spots, boats, trampoline and two bicycles are shared. In addition, you can do the following here and from here: hiking, cycling, fishing, cooking, grilling, doing nothing, painting, making music (in consultation), staring at something you brought yourself, working in peace.
