Lake Constance can be reached within minutes by foot. From the apartment you can enjoy a small partial lake view. The apartment itself is located on the third floor (attic) of a well-kept eight-party house.

Ravensburg (5 km) with 50,000 inhabitants invites you to go shopping and visit various sights. Very popular with children is the attraction park Ravensburger Spieleland (11 km). Breakfast can be booked for an extra charge.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The total of 230 m² of living space extends over 2 floors (ground floor and 1st floor) All rooms have parquet floors, bathrooms and kitchens are brightly tiled. The kitchens are fully equipped and leave nothing to be desired. The municipality of Eriskirch is located directly on the lake.

Lakeside house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.
