In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. Luxurious 2 room apartment (plus 2 bath rooms and balcony) for up to 4 people located centrally at Cologne Southtown with easy connection to highways and access to public transportation and trade fair center (7 min with subway, 2 stops). To the shopping mile at Schildergasse and Cologne’s best Christmas market at Heumarkt it’s just 10min to walk. Southtown of Cologne offers many café’s and various restaurants in all price categories in walking distance. Absolutely no parties allowed!
